Very responsive support. A little tricky because North American iPhone settings are labelled a little different and in different places within settings. I managed to figure it out but would be good to train up support staff with visual job aids as well. Overall support was good.

Got confused installing 2 esims purchased under the same account on 2 different phones, made a mistake assigning both to myself instead of gifting one. Was assisted by a person immediately. Problem fixed. Jetpac has human support.
Customer support through their WhatsApp chatline was very responsive and helpful in resolving the issues I had. Jetpac was not perfect and none of the other eSIM I used was perfect too but the thing that stood out with Jetpac was how accessible and responsive their customer support was in helping resolve issues. Am still a customer because of this.

My wife was pulling her hair out trying to get her Jetpac eSIM connected. We contacted Jetpac support by WhatsApp and was connected to Theresa, who spotted that the eSIM hadn't installed correctly. She reloaded the eSIM in the account and we reinstalled. Then the eSIM connected first time. Awesome experience.

Quick customer support from Jetpac team, from the get go when we unable to installed esim properly between myself and my 2daughters, no issue since until yesterday totally lost network when out and about in China, where payments are all done through online,. Pau as my support and been keeping in touch, and while my network reception was intermittent, and with a lot of patience and knowing the case/issue, Pau came into rescue again and resolved the issue this morning swiftly.
