I was traveling to Australia and the eSIM wouldn’t connect to my iPhone. Once connected to public WiFi. I was able to get help from Dan from Jetpac Global through WhatsApp. He was a great help in the end he send me a new sim that worked instantly.

I accidentaly purchased an esim on a phone which turned out to be incompatible. Jetpac helped me the same day and approved a refund.
