Quick customer support from Jetpac team, from the get go when we unable to installed esim properly between myself and my 2daughters, no issue since until yesterday totally lost network when out and about in China, where payments are all done through online,. Pau as my support and been keeping in touch, and while my network reception was intermittent, and with a lot of patience and knowing the case/issue, Pau came into rescue again and resolved the issue this morning swiftly. Great CS support
