I have used Jetpac a few times before and been really happy with it and also their level of customer service when i had a problem (my fault) so I had no hesitation purchasing a new pack for my upcoming trip. However once I’d purchased it I realised I’d bought the wrong one. I contacted customer services and once again they resolved my problem immediately with a refund, allowing me to get the correct pack! I can’t praise this company enough, the eSIM is amazing and their customer service second to none!

Ich habe heute 2 Pakete für eSIMs gekauft. Und hatte Probleme mit der Installation auf meinem zweiten Handy. Der Support hat mir geduldig geholfen, das eine Paket auf einem Handy und das andere Paket auf einem anderen Handy zu installieren. Mein Supporter Dan hat das Problem schnell erkannt und den richtigen Weg zur Lösung gefunden! Danke

No one once to be caught out and dry without an internet connection while travelling. Had purchased my travel data pack earlier, but forgotten that i have changed my phone from purchase to time of travel. I did not have my esim installed and was not able to troubleshoot. The Jetpac support team was quick to respond when I reached out. And we had the matter settled with a new esim etc. all in time to collect my luggage. Will highly recommend the company just because of the great post sale service.

I needed customer service right away, due to an issue with assigning eSIMs to others (my screw up), and their support staff was fantastic — really quick and efficient work solving my problem.

I had a fantastic experience with Jay. I accidentally assign too many eSim to myself. The whatsapp hotline works very well, Jay was very reactive - in less than 6 mins my problem was solved. Very happy with my experience. Nadia

Great customer service via whatsapp - I got this trying to make calls and didn’t realise the packs are data only (which to be fair could be made clearer on the site) but they assisted me with a prompt refund straight away - Angela in customer service was great

Had an eSIM gifted to me and after some problems with it both Carl and Angela were very helpful in fixing the problems quickly and efficiently.

Randy understood my question/problem, and when the first solution didn't work, he gave further instructions that solved it. He was patient with me and I appreciate that he asked for screenshots to make sure I was doing things right.
