Very bad customer experience, I purchased a pair of trainers paid £210 after 4 months I had to return it JD exchanged it for me second pair same fault after 5 month returned it to the store asking for refund they they have to send it for inspection I agreed after two weeks not heard back from JD contacted the customer service they said this wear and tear, so disappointed they said send it back again this time another team will inspect. So angry
Ich habe ein paar Schuhe bekommen wo die Naht nicht richtig vernäht ist. Jetzt löst sich die gesamte Seite des Schuhs. Der Support war extrem frustrierend und keinerlei Hilfe. Bei jeder Mail hat sich der bearbeitetende Mitabeiter geändert, sodass ich meinen Fall jedes Mal neu schildern musste. Meine Schuhe haben einen klaren Mangel und da wurde überhaupt nicht drauf eingegangen. Ich wurde mit einem 25% Rabatt abgespeist. Ich wollte nur ein Label, damit ich die Schuhe zurücksenden kann um neue zu bekommen. Das wäre wohl nicht möglich für den Kundendienst wurde mir mitgeteilt. Ich könnte ja in den Laden fahren, wo ich die gekauft habe. Allerdings habe ich die auf einem Ausflug in Düsseldorf gekauft, was für mich eine Fahrt von 6 Stunden ist. Die konnten mir nicht sicher sagen, was die vor Ort dann machen können, die haben gesagt, dass man sich das anschauen kann. Ich fahre allerdings keine 6 Stunden Auto, damit ich vielleicht etwas wieder bekomme. Ich habe zwei Wochen mit denen geschrieben und habe die 25% schlussendlich genommen, weil ich dachte, dass es besser als nichts war. Das war eine der frustrierensten Situationen die ich je mit einem Kundendienst hatte, wenn ich nicht sogar die größte. Ich werde in meinem Leben keinen JD Sports Laden mehr betreten. Schuhe haben einen klaren Mangel und gehen nach zwei Tagen kaputt, also nicht gerade gute Qualität, wobei man bei 120€ Schuhen, davon ausgehen dürfte, dass die Qualität länger als zwei Tage hält. Und der Kundendienst ist so miserabel, dass ich lieber Scherben kauen würde, also nochmal mit denen in Kontakt zu gehen. Kann ich wirklich niemand empfehlen, komplett lächerlicher Laden ohne Willen dem Kunden auch nur im Ansatz zu helfen. MfG

Brought sliders with £33 on the tag. Was charged on receipt at £35. How many more items will this happen with. Check out was so slow, with one cashier on. When calling to rectify I was spoken to with zero respect and told I had to pay £35 as this is what the sliders are priced at - irrespective of the tag being lower. Lincoln store
The worst service ever, received my items and refusing to refund and the reason being they don’t have the items where tracking shows items has been received at there warehouse. When you contact them they give you the same answer. Beware of returning items
The products are always long lasting. And the shops seem to be always clean.
Orders are cancelled without reason, why?
Absolutely nightmare of a company. I used to order from them quite often but after my last order was delivered yesterday I won’t be doing it again. I have ordered shorts and 2 t-shirts for my son and paid £85 for them. There were meant to be delivered by evri on 25th of June between 1-2 pm, then all of a sudden got an email from evri saying my address is incorrect which is not possible as I paid with Apple Pay and my address gets added automatically to my order. So the order was delivered the next day. As soon as I saw the parcel I knew something was wrong. It was relatively small and all wrapped with sellotape and brown tape too, parcel from JD don’t look like this any other time. It has also had second evri lable placed on top of another one underneath. So I took pictures before I open it as I knew I would have to question this. And my suspicions were right, inside it wasn’t what I have ordered but some pairs of men’s underwear from matalan. Absolute disgrace from the delivery company because I believe that is where the problem is coming from. I contacted jd straight away and the only answer was you need to fill a form for a missing parcel and send it back to us, absolutely no sympathy, no understanding, nothing. and we will look into in 72hours. I paid for something and got ripped off now need to wait days for them to even look at it and expect them to tell me nothing they can do as the parcel was actually delivered, disregarding it wasn’t the items I have ordered inside. I am waiting for the response and if it is what I am thinking I am going to citizen advise and will be looking into protecting my consumer rights.
JD Sports has refused to refund me for part of my order that I NEVER received. My order (#182398273) was split into two parcels. I only received one. The second parcel was marked “delivered” but never arrived — most likely stolen after being left outside my door while I wasn’t home. JD’s customer service and claims team are refusing to help and just keep repeating that “tracking shows it was delivered.” But I received no tracking link, no photo evidence, and no safe place confirmation. They won’t take any responsibility, and instead told me to speak to my payment provider, Clearpay, to fight the charge. Why should I pay £102 for items I never received? I’ve now had to escalate this to Clearpay and Citizens Advice. I’ve been a loyal customer, but this experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful. If you’re thinking of ordering from JD Sports — be warned. If anything goes wrong with your delivery, you’re on your own.
I like very much to buy clothes in JD sport’s online and also on store . My local store is in Kings way Derby . This shop has a very good selection of shoes and clothes in all different sizes . I didn’t like last time I went to the shop and there was an Asia women quiet rude , spend nearly 150 pounds in that shop alone that day not even a thank you

I ordered In store on the computer. Did not get my points. It does say you don’t get points. It does in the small print but who reads that. Nobody never will I order in store again. I’m a single mother who works hard. Try’s to save any were I can. Just lost money by not getting my points. Which I rely on to collect for birthdays and Christmas
Ich persönlich kann die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen hier überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen.. Habe bisher zweimal bei JD Sports bestellt (Reebok Sneaker 👟) und in beiden Fällen war die Bestellung innerhalb von 2-3 Werktagen bei mir!! Die Ware ist angesichts von oft großen Rabatten tadellos. Wo bekommt man bitte gute Reebok Schuhe für 40€?? Vorher 90€ gekostet.. Ich bin jedenfalls sehr zufrieden. Würde auch noch mal hier bestellen 👍🏻👌🏻

I had put in a return using their online portal and had paid a fee to return. It had prompt a pop up but I lost the page it was on and couldn’t retrieve it. I also did not receive a label via email or confirmation of a return. I contacted the courier but they said to contact the retailer. I called up customer care after I emailed in numerous times. Phoebe was lovely and I explained my situation, she managed to find my label and had forward that over to me as I had the collection the same day. Her customer service was exceptional and she was really supportive. Thank you ⭐️
