Very bad customer experience, purchased a pair of Nike trainers paid £210 first pair after 4 months be come faulty returned to the store they exchanged it second one same fault this time after 5 month
Very bad customer experience, I purchased a pair of trainers paid £210 after 4 months I had to return it JD exchanged it for me second pair same fault after 5 month returned it to the store asking for refund they they have to send it for inspection I agreed after two weeks not heard back from JD contacted the customer service they said this wear and tear, so disappointed they said send it back again this time another team will inspect. So angry
