My experience was good great staff and a variety of the latest sportswear and footwear to choose from
Had to listen to over 7 minutes of automated voice service and have been on hold for over 10 minutes for a simple quiety disgusting clearly customer service line is not a priority do you not want customers to a person and very unhelpful to those who are disa\bled if i could give custromer service line adiviso clearly does not understand Subject Access Requerst and now has gone silent and has hung up and refused a legal request do not use the customer service line

I ordered a top and matching shorts , I received the shorts but no top this was for a birthday present for my grandson it’s not good enough,I still haven’t heard about the top if you didn’t have the top in stock why are you advertising it???
Terrible! The App kept freezing and very slow to use. After order was placed multiple items were missing from the dispatched items. I had to call customer service several times as my delivery was split. Then issue of refund as I had ordered multiple items ( twin order) when I did a return in store only one item was refunded, I had to go back into the store to complain. I am still waiting on some of my refund to be completed. A total nightmare experience.
The lady in jd bury st edmunds was very helpful despite having to serve 4 customers one after the other in quick sucession she helped me order in trainers and get them sent to mums address as there where none left in store in my size Thank Her excellent customer service skills and multi tasking.

I have been to 2 JD stores. The first one was Trafford Centre new megastore, 1st adidas option not got my size. 2nd one adidas also not my size. 3rd Lacoste, not my size. I’m size 7 Next shop Arndale Manchester had my size, yippee. Tried them on and perfect. But they didn’t have the right shoe only the left 😂😂 you couldn’t write it. Very bad service. I will obviously try elsewhere.

Your new largest store is just a joke, most of the items don’t have prices on, yes I looked at the labels and yes the 30 staff members on the floor who kept asking if I needed help scanned them to give me a price. I picked some jogging bottoms, no price, got them scanned at £65 so picked the grey pair and a blue pair went to the tills. Had to que, 2 people on tills, 30 on the floor dusting? Get a grip. Items scanned, that £170 please, err what I was told they are £65, sorry the blue ones are not on sale and are £105, well you can keep them, there just a different colour exactly the samee Absolutely a joke First and last time I’ll ever set foot in one of these stores again

My mother brought a gift card for my birthday in October. I hadn’t used this gift card for couple of months as it had been sat in my bedroom for a few months. Got to around February wanted some trainers so went to purchase these trainers with said voucher then the staff had told me the balance on this gift card was £0. There was £60 on this gift card and it hadn’t been used but somehow £0 on the gift card. I called customer service few times first call the gentlemen told me the gift card had been used on Nike dunks by a women named Stacey which there is no Stacey in my family. They didn’t help get my money back on this gift card at all and were absolute useless in helping out this fraud case.

I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter on December 2nd at the Bexleyheath store. Five months later I found that my 9 year old daughter's Nike Air Force sneakers were completely open at the front. I went to the store (JD where I bought the sneakers) on May 11th so they could send them for inspection and find out what was happening because the same thing had happened a few months earlier and they promptly replaced them. But this time the response was not at all satisfactory because I received a letter saying that the sneakers had shown signs of WEAR AND TEAR in 5 months. My question is how can a 9 year old girl have worn out sneakers in 5 months when the sneakers look like new? How is it possible to come to this conclusion about wear and tear when the sneakers have simply opened at the front. How come I can't use the warranty on the sneakers since they are Nike and according to Nike any of their sneakers has a 2-year warranty, if they are not in good condition within the warranty period they can be exchanged. Since I wasn't even offered that option.
went to purchase some trainers at leeds city center, stood there for a good 8 minutes with a shoe in hand to purchase and no one could be seen. so i put the shoe back walked out the store and 3 staff were chatting at the door. so went next door and purchased the same trainer at footlocker
Schlechtester Kundenservice der Welt. Longsleeve Shirt bestellt nach 1 Mal Waschen, bei genauem befolgen der Waschanleitung, fehlen 1/3 der Strasssteine. Dem Support Bilder geschickt, beim ersten Mal hieß es das seien Abnutzungsspuren, deswegen Erstattung abgelehnt. Nach dieser bodenlosen Frechheit einer Antwort habe ich eine weitere Überprüfung gefordert. Nachdem Senden weiterer Bilder wurden mir in einer weiteren Frechheit 10% Erstattung angeboten, ansonsten sollte ich zu einer Überprüfung in einen Laden gehen. Nach mehreren E-Mails wurde noch eine Überprüfung durchgeführt. Jetzt hieß es wieder man könne mir gar nichts erstatten und ich wurde nochmal drauf hingewiesen ich solle die Waschhinweise befolgen, obwohl ich bereits dreimal geschrieben habe, dass ich diese genau befolgt habe. Nach einem Gespräch mit der Teammanagerin des Kundenservice scheint mir nun wirklich nur zu bleiben in einen der meist überfüllten Läden zu gehen und mich in eine Schlange anzustellen, um dann hoffentlich eine Erstattung zu bekommen ohne dass ich einen Anwalt einschalten muss. Die Möglichkeit dass Shirt per Post einzuschicken wird verweigert, obwohl ich es Online bestellt habe und nicht im Store gekauft. Dieses Unternehmen ist eine einzige Frechheit.
JD sports leamington tachbrook I have really tried to give this store a chance 3 times I have visited the stored and the customer service has been awful to say the least! I work in retail myself and every customer deserves to be treated and have a great shopping experience! The lady who was on the tills on the 28th of June at about 18:30 was so rude when I asked for prices of socks that were In the clearance basket she made no effort and fobbed me off in her own words "I can't not check the price as I have no clue how much they would be" I then asked another lady for help with a shoe size and was told to go and find some else on the shoe section but noone was there and had to abandon the search. Someone from headoffice needs to check on the customer service and customer experience at this store as this is not the first time having such an experience at the store. Very unhelpful and rude. I am really trying not to use race but i felt like it was an issue at this store. You need to take a page off JD Richo arena very Good customer service.
