I had put in a return using their online portal and had paid a fee to return. It had prompt a pop up but I lost the page it was on and couldn’t retrieve it. I also did not receive a label via email or confirmation of a return. I contacted the courier but they said to contact the retailer. I called up customer care after I emailed in numerous times. Phoebe was lovely and I explained my situation, she managed to find my label and had forward that over to me as I had the collection the same day. Her customer service was exceptional and she was really supportive. Thank you ⭐️
