Primera y ultima vez que compro online en JD.. en tienda física jamás he tenido ningún problema, maldito el día que decidí hacer un pedido... La culpa es de la empresa de transporte CORREOS, será que no hay empresas, pues tienen que trabajar con correos, mi pareja hizo un pedido dos días más tarde y su pedido ya está en entrega, yo hice el pedido el 25/06, estamos a 01/07 y nada, ambos paquetes llegaron el mismo día a Correos ( eso pone en el seguimiento) el de mi pareja ya se entrega hoy y el mío a saber porque ni se me actualiza el seguimiento. Compro mucho online, JD debería avisar de que trabajan con Correos porque yo lo llego a saber y no hago pedido, hoy en día ya hay muchas empresas que incluso te dejan elegir la empresa de transporte

Despite the problem with the luggage, the response was excellent.
Ordered two pairs of shoes. Brand new. However, one pair were already worn so weren’t brand new. Had to pay them to send it back when it shouldn’t have been delivered to me in the first place.
Easy to order, transparent communication regards delivery, arrived on time and in best condition.

A excellent experience ordering from JD Sports. Ordered on Sunday and received my items within 48 hours. Adidas track top is perfect. I had tried to order the item earlier in the week but my size had sold out....I then seen an advert online and went to see if I was going to be lucky...and I was. More items were released at the sale price so wasted no time and ordered immediately.
Really poor , I mean the slowest of any providers to send package . Why so slow ? Not again . I’ll use Amazon , sports direct ..,. Anything but you
