Still waiting for my order.Nike shoes wasn’t available in the store so I’ve order for delivery and I paid in the store to be delivered at post office still waiting for my parcel shit service. No one is answering the phone.
Easy to order came the next day
It took 4 people in store to find my order that had been delivered the day before. Your staff got my name wrong a couple of times and kept checking I didn’t come to the wrong store. They seemed disappointed when they realised my order should in fact be with them. The staff were nice but not interested in helping and it took ages to finally get my order. Will not be shopping in store anytime soon.
JD had the NY hat I was looking for at a price that was lower than the other stores I visited. The line was short and waiting time was minimal. The only thing that soured an otherwise good experience was the girl who took the money. Retail is not suited to everyone and this particular girl looked like she'd rather be some place else. She didn't seem to be in the moment at all.
