Honestly,I'm really not impressed
Honestly,I'm really not impressed. They're terrible at answering emails. I requested a refund for an accidental renewal in March (to be fair, I meant to cancel and totally got sidetracked because of life and the change in their website) because being in Canada with suspended shipping from Japan, (i already had to get in touch for a February box I never did get, though I was refunded for it.) I knew I wasn't gonna get it anyway, and it's been a full 7 days and nothing. I would also like to point out, i had to email twice a good month apart to get said refund the first time. I get dinged 66$ CAD for the subscription, which is A LOT of money for something I'm not gonna see. I just wish they would at least answer my emails. It really comes off as unprofessional, and I'm seeing a lot of other people with the same issue.
