Shocking company no tracking when I used a different company got tracking from same postal service recieved that one with in a week its been almost 7 weeks now since my first crate was shipped I paid in January my second crate don't have a clue where thag is you email them they tell you it was due the 17th of march guess what nothing turned up you email they then change the date they are useless and gor how much japan apparently want to always help you this company is a shambles im so annoyed thag they can't even be bothered to reply to your emails I just want my crate or my money back ive got 2 coming thag was a stupid mistake :( trying to dispute my payments too with zlich and ive paid for 2 boxes sent them all the emails and replies ibe reiceved the company don't care they just want to take your money out of 200 people ive seen 4 people recieve there box it's not on its so bad this company just want take your money plus if you work out how much ¥ the box is worth it's max £12 worth off stuff for £35
