I would not recommend Japancrate. This was my first time utilizing their service.I ordered March premium box as a gift for a friend. Ordered on 2/6, didn’t receive shipping email till 2/25 with no tracking information. It is now 3/30 and have not received anything or updated mailing information. Reached out to customer support and they said box should have arrived but would not provide any tracking information to actually confirm anything. They said they would send replacement box but I highly doubt that will come either. For Japanese treats I would suggest Tokyo Treat I ordered replacement gift through them and it arrived today 3/30 and I placed order on 3/17. Plus they provide tracking. Fortunately, I only bought one box through Japancrate and was able to dispute charge on credit card. Update 4/5: Friend received box today thankfully. Added star for receiving product but they clearly still have issues with shipping from what I see in comments on social media pages and here. Still won’t be a returning customer anytime soon.
