So far so good, install complete. Just waiting for the hot weather to see the savings. Getting ready to blow more insulation into the attic. This will also help. Hoping for a 50% reduction in electric bill this summer. Will try and follow up in September.

I don’t like the slow response on warranty items. I send in all the troubleshooting info, trouble codes, etc. and which part I need replaced. It then goes through 3 or 4 people and each one ask the same questions over. It appears that information does not get passed from one to the other. One would think that once the information is on the ticket, the next person would read it. But evidently not, because I will get an email with the information on it and the next person is asking the same questions again. The time between each level/person seems to be excessive. It shouldn’t take 3-4 days to get a replacement part shipped, when all the information is given at the beginning.
Very pleased with my purchase of the 48K Mr. Cool DIY system. When deciding to purchase there was only one other review on the Ingrams website noting the need for additional connectors being needed to complete the installation. I contacted Ingrams customer service representative "Eric" who was well aware of the need for the additional connectors and was kind enough to include them with the shipment of unit. The unit and the accessories were well packaged and arrived without damage. I am currently in the process of installation and the "multitude" of manuals has made the process very easy to follow. Base on what I've experienced to date, I would recommend both the Mr. Cool DIY System and Ingrams as exceptional! My only regret would be delaying my purchase based on the system being truly a project for the DIY'er, which has been proved otherwise.
Customer support and ordering was easy, however the shipping and tracking process was not a good experience. The shipper TForce was not very accurate at predicting and notifying me of the arrival date. I feel customer support should explain the shipping process, most important, some one will call you, I had no idea. I saw the expected delivery (which was wrong) at TForce and stayed home waiting for delivery, not knowing someone would call. I called TForce HQ and they gave me a Case# 1376903 and the phone number where the unit was sitting in Portland ME. When I called warehouse they verified the unit was there but would not deliver it for the next two days because they had no trucks going to my area. I went to pick it up myself which was also not a good experience, the person I spoke with the day before said I could come anytime before 9am but when I got there the next day the dock supervisor told me to come back in TWO hours, what am I suppose do for two hours, not like I live across the street. I saw what was going on at the docks, that supervisor could have let me get the unit, he did not care at all about any customer care or service. I should have gone with Amazon, Sorry

My experience was mixed. I placed an order online. I received a call and was told the IT system needed an update and my order was on hold. I received a call a few days later and was informed the price went up from approximately $160 to $260. The sales person, Kodie Travis, was very helpful. After a few phone conversations, Management finally agreed to honor the original price. I credit Kodie Travis with salvaging the relationship for Ingrams.
