Slow service
I don’t like the slow response on warranty items. I send in all the troubleshooting info, trouble codes, etc. and which part I need replaced. It then goes through 3 or 4 people and each one ask the same questions over. It appears that information does not get passed from one to the other. One would think that once the information is on the ticket, the next person would read it. But evidently not, because I will get an email with the information on it and the next person is asking the same questions again. The time between each level/person seems to be excessive. It shouldn’t take 3-4 days to get a replacement part shipped, when all the information is given at the beginning.
