Ingrams Water & Air

When we decided to purchase a mini split unit for a new building we purchased for our church some friends recommended IW&A. We needed to have the unit installed by June 6 for our summer Vacation Bible School. We could have purchased from a local big box store, but when possible I like to purchase from a family business. We purchased the unit on May 25. Since we're only 60 miles away we were confident you would have it to us in time for our need. We have experienced technicians on hand who had the building prepped and were ready to install. Today is Tuesday June 6 and we still don't have it. We are this morning scrambling to find a mobile air conditioning unit so we can use the building tomorrow. We are disappointed to say the least.

Was a little unsure about leaving a message with someone in a different department but all was great. Was called back right away and part was shipped fast. Part fit perfect! Instructions came with it which was a plus.

A dropped call was immediately called back. I needed to make a return of the supply lines and buy a lo ger length. Now I need to make the return but don't have any info on how to make the return. So that will affect my rating.

The customer service reps sold me exactly what I needed and for a good price. They were wonderfully courteous and easy to work with. I highly reccomend them to anyone.

After finding out why my original order was canceled because you can't ship 13seer to the south you delivered my new order within the week.

I'm not a professional HVAC technician but know how to do my homework especially before making such an expense/ investment. I flat out was put through the sales stupid high pricing from local HVAC companies. Things do not cost what they are changing. Labor only was more consistent but when no one would put in equipment I bought... More homework. Ingram's water & air answered my questions and helped me make the right decisions. All materials were delivered today and the shipping co. was very courteous and liftgate wasn't even an extra charge. Ingram's was excellent to work with... Makes me wish I could work more with them. Emails, calls, updates and texts were never too much or too little. I hope your experience with them will be as good as mine. Cheers! John R.

Purchased two no-vac Mrcool linesets. The 3/4 line cracked when trying to install from defect. I contacted ingrams for replacement and they told me it was not a defect but I broke it. These lines are very rigid and hard to bend even with a lot of force. I did not bend it severely enough to cause a crack but the line also did feel like it had no rigidness and bent a lot easier than the other 3/4 line I boggt and installed with no issue. I had to buy another complete lineset from another company because I will not deal with Ingrams ever again. I have purchased over $5k worth of equipment over the last two years from them for two HVAC replacements but they can’t replace one defective part! They also wanted a 15% restocking fee for a part I bought that I found I did not need that was still in the box!

Easy process and quick shipping. Called Ingrams prior to ordering and was very professional Local trucking company contacted me in advance for delivery and everything arrived and in great condition. Installed 3 of the McCool universal heatpumps for customers that purchased and wasn't comfortable installing last year and was impressed. I have installed many other inverter systems through the years but really like how Mr.cool is built. After this order I'll be looking to purchase for my home.

My inquiry was responded promptly and professionally. I purchased r410a refrigerant with gauge after confirming with customer service for mini split ac refilling. It turned out 2lb size was not enough, I hope you could have various choices on size. Overall great experience

Omg! Never experienced this type of service. Was misled on the the type of scratch and dent product. Waisted my time and money by using unreliable freight carriers that doesn't care about your shipment. This is my third shipment and now it's delayed. Lol! Ordering from Ingrams has been a real nightmare for me.

They are very helpful when calling with questions. They helped me get everything I would need to install the unit. Installation was very easy the instructions are right on and easy to understand. Once electrician got here to hook up it went smooth as they had everything they needed. Once hooked up turned on no problems. It is a very quiet unit. My box fan makes more noise than the unit. Love this will definitely buy again if ever need too. Well worth it.
