Once I found you, service was great. Good phone experience, reasonably quick delivery, and the new electronic module solved my issue. One connector was crushed, so I just used on of the old ones.

I ordered DIY Mr Cool 4 zone split system. The system showed error code and never started. I have been dealing back and forth with manufacturer for weeks and they only respond via emails. They do not offer local technical support. Now I will be spending lot of money on paying a local HVAC technician to troubleshoot the issues. I will not recommend buying Mr Cool brand and never order anything from this website. Because when you call Ingram they will tell you to manufacturer.

The company made sure my needs were taken care of. I needed a heat pump and line set with gas furnace backup. They were able to piece the parts together to make the system work to my needs. They are always prompt with answering questions and concerns.
Well 1st off purchase not delivered in timely fashion then it shows up damaged callef several times to track load I got the old run around by the person who answered the phone and now that the line set is unusable because if the damage done to in transit just more delays should not have to wait for replacement because of damage it should already be on its way and ingrams can sort out claim with transportation company

Great company to buy from! Paul was very helpful and fast in building a quote for my ac unit. And even though the shipper did damage a panel, April and Paul were amazing in getting a replacement ordered and keeping me updated through the whole process. Definitely a great group of people.
