Everything started great cause it was time to pay them got my unit in 2 weeks. It sat 30 minutes from me for 10 days. Wish I had a trailer I could of picked it up instead of waiting. Got my unit and called the hvac guy to come install it. He couldn't come over right away so it sat in the box. Finally my guy comes over to install it and as we get it out the box we notice the unit had damage on the front and paint was missing. That same day contacted iwae they didn't get back to me at all. I waited and waited. I had to email them again and finally got someone to reply to me however it was like you had to inspect the unit while the delivery guy is there and before I sign the delivery paper note it on there that it has damage. Which is insane we not talking about a coffee cup it's two huge boxes and I have no idea what I would of been looking for anyway. After going back and forth then they noticed it was more then 5 days since it was delivered to when I contacted them them. Then they say we'll you didn't contact us within 5 days of buying it. How the hell am I suppose to know I only have few days to notify of damage. Where is it written? It's 30 days standard. I left everything in the box till the hvac guy comes. Now I got a rusting ac unit and rust spreads quick so wonder what it's gonna look like in 6 months
Our review is currently mixed. I'm giving a 3 because of all of the communication issues we had with Ingram. We initially reached out via telephone to verify their hours as we are somewhat local to their office and was frustrated because with the initial attempt to contact we were unable to get anyone to answer the phone. The message kept saying we were que 1 with a 1 min wait time for about 22 min before transferring us to a voicemail. We ended up turning around and going home because we couldn't get anyone on the phone. A couple weeks later we decided to try again and drove there on a Saturday. That is when we met with sales representative Brandy Crouch. She was great! She provided us with the information we were looking for and seemed to understand and know the units. We were able to narrow down to a couple what we wanted. We decided to go home to measure and recheck prior to ordering a unit. We reached out about a week later with her and placed our order and decided to ship it because it would be fast since we were local and it would be hard for us to get to them before they closed to pick up. This is where it went bad again for us. The order was placed 5/30/23 @ 11:20 am. I received an email 5/31/23 @ 11:37am that it had shipped with a shipping number and a tracking number. It said it could take 24 hours to show up on carrier's site to track. Well, that never happened and we never heard anything from either Ingram or XPO (the carrier). Finally I called Brandy on 6/2/23 and she was out so I called a few times on 6/5/23 when I was able to get a hold of her to help me find my unit. She couldn't see anything either. Finally after some major digging by Brandy she could see something on XPO site that said they were waiting on customer. We had no contact from anyone once ordering about delivery until we reached out to XPO. They also had no explanation on the issue other than "we aren't used to getting local deliveries from them and it must have just got missed." We finally did receive our shipment on 6/6/23 after multiple phone calls. We were so frustrated we were ready to cancel the order and get a refund and let Ingram find our unit because of all the communication issues we had with them. Ingram could definitely work on their overall customer service skills. Once we were able to get an actual person (Brandy) our experience was good but otherwise not good. We are still waiting for it to be installed. Hopefully I can update on our review of the actual unit.
Have the parts in stock that you say you have in stock before you charge my credit card. I have received a store credit and I want a refund back to my credit card. I have requested a refund and was told I would get a refund soon but nothing yet. Would not recommend your business to anyone purchasing mr cool products

Price, the quality of part ordered. Revolve replacement coil fits in my air handler without modification to the unit. Website was easy to use, and shipping was quick. They also offered a payment plan to help with me keeping in budget. Thanks

Ingrams makes life easy. The ordering process whether online or via phone is a cinch. I love that shipping is covered in the price of the equipment. Plan ahead, shipping for me was about 2-weeks with a call a day in advance from local distributor before delivery. Equipment was decently packaged. I think I lucked out though. No additional protection above and beyond the manufacture's cardboard aside from some shrink wrap on the air handler. Both AHU and outdoor unit arrived on individual pallets. Always check for damage prior to signing. I suggest to Ingrams that AHRI listing numbers be added each system on the website. I could not find one for the Goodman ASPT37C14 indoor unit and GSZ140301 heat pump. It would also be nice if the indoor coil model number was listed with these packaged air handlers.
The furnance does not look like the picture on their website. I wrote them immediately after I got it and showed them pictures of the crease in the heat exchanger have a ticket for them to get back with me it's been 7 days to no email or calls not to happy on how this unit looks no decals for a runtru furnance on it looks like junk to be honest . I paid the price but didn't get anybody to email me back not happy. Only good thing is shipping was super fast customer service not good at all, still waiting for them to reply to my ticket :(

Unit ordered wasn't available locally and was less than others. Shipper was slow, but item arrived in good condition. Shipper only gave drop off service. I had to muscle it into my garage, remove the pallet, unpack, and dispose of the packing waste. Ingrams was great, the shipper, not so much. (I'm over 70)
