My mini split arrived in a badly damaged box. I had a new one in about a week. Everyone I talked to was pleasant.

Ordered on Sunday, got it on Thursday.

Place my order for my Mr. Cool splitter on the 6th Arrived in Sacramento on the 12th Now the shipping company says they're not going to deliver it till the 23rd worthless shipping company

I like the product that I ordered but had an issue in ordering and bought the wrong line set that wasn't diy friendly. It would be nice if is expressly said that the item is diy friendly or not at the top, not in the detail section. I would have bought the right line set and skipped the hassle. Also the item came damaged which I know is the shipper but disappointing none the less.

The tech support and customer service were both great! Very helpful and they didn't stop until my issue was resolved. The only hiccup was that I put a 2 day rush on the order on Monday but didn't receive it until Friday. That was totally the delivery company's fault.

I can't recommend purchasing from this company enough. I have had two experiences and when there was a small issue on the first order the team was responsive, immediately resolved the problem, and I purchased from them again.

The customer service rep, I think her name was Patrica, was extremely helpful. Whole experience with Ingram was very satisfactory.

I dealt with Kristopher because I had a few questions and just wanted to make sure I had the correct equipment, we had several emails and then I placed my order, received a confirmation then an invoice with the carrier name and Pro number, company was great to do business with.

Got my mini split earlier then expected which was great customer service great, and professional, very helpful

My only complaint is that there are no actual pictures of the items available, only general pictures, but my buying experience has been wonderful.
