My experience was mixed. I placed an order online. I received a call and was told the IT system needed an update and my order was on hold. I received a call a few days later and was informed the price went up from approximately $160 to $260. The sales person, Kodie Travis, was very helpful. After a few phone conversations, Management finally agreed to honor the original price. I credit Kodie Travis with salvaging the relationship for Ingrams.
