Just bought it not installed yet
Customer support staff was extremely helpful & responsive in assisting me in the selection the correct parts for my DIY mini split project. Two condensers, five head units and accompanying parts were ordered on a Thursday night and had them on pallets in my garage by Wednesday morning. Now working on the prep work to install them properly.

I'm looking to purchase another unit for my son's home. I've had great service so far. Had few issues and the tech was able to help me resolve. I only had one issue and that was a broken remote. I was sent another one but it was not the right remote. I guess I'll order another one. This is a long skinny remote and I was sent a shorter remote. It's not working correctly. It shuts off. I need remote RG10a4d1bgefu1. If ya feel like sending me one great . If not I'll find one on ebay. Thanks
Products are sometimes defective. My Mr Cool DYI was purchased in 2020. It required a recharge last Summer only to find that the air handler had developed a freon leak. The company replaced no charge!!!
i have not received my units yet, tried to ship them to me 1 1/2 weeks ago on a carrier with a 53 foot trailer which could not deliver on my road due to no where to turn around.

It is so convenient to work with the customer service of Ingrams Water & Air. She works fast and responsibly it is so helpful. For Ingrams Water & Air it great the shipping out the order as promised is in one day but the problem is the delivery company OPX Logistics hold the delivery for 4 days and I need to call for 4 times still not delivered unless I call Ingrams Water & Air customer service to help me to call. The product is organized and well-packed. One I highly recommend the Ingrams Water & Air to everyone. Thank you for your service.
We easily found what we needed on the website. Received our product about a week later. It arrived in excellent condition and was installed next day. Service was fast and efficient
Installation of the heat pump was simple and it works great. Shipping was fast and the support was wonderful. I would recommend it.
so far everything is just what i ordered i have not had time to install just yet and will give more when it is in and working the saleman was great to work with and very helpfull in my needs at this time thanks for a great product and look forward to doing more bussines with your company
Tech support contacted me in a reasonable amount of time and helped pinpoint my problem with a series of helpful, friendly and timely emails. They provided correct information needed to order repair parts. Ordering the parts went smoothly and they arrived well packaged again in a reasonable time. I was back on the air within 3 hours of reiving the replacement parts.
The compressor I ordered has not arrived. A message said it was delivered but it was not. The freight company apparently turned it over to another Arizona company. I don't know where it is. I have received no communication from them.
