As of now the total experience is a 3 only because the unit I bought was damaged and by the time I get it replaced will be at least 2 to 3 weeks I am guessing. The very positive review is that Brandy and April have been fantastic to work with. They know the product and how to get me taken care of. I really appreciate both of them.
The window unit units I bought are good equipment but the only reason I had to buy them is the geothermal units that were supposed to be delivered in February still don’t have a shipping date I payed 21,000 in advance for them in September With the Oklahoma heat I had to spend more money for the window units to survive

Customer service is the difference with Ingrams. Reuben was patient, helpful and thoroughly explained how the process works as well as the timeline for delivery. He asked questions to make sure all the details were correct. Shipping was faster than what they told me. The product arrived undamaged. I also used the technical service they offer their customers through chat. I got a response within 5 minutes each time. It was very helpful for breaker size. Overall just a great experience so far.

My 3rd or 4th purchase, Ingrams does a great job. However their last 2 shipments both had hidden shipping damage. This one they even overlay new cardboard over the damaged side and then cleverly taped it to conceal the edge of the overlay. So, I was dumb. LESSON: ALWAYS OPEN YOUR SHIPMENT even if it looks undamaged.
Problems with Central Ducted Mr Cool units. In my experience the sales people are not trained on these units. I have had many issues with both the ordering of these units and the operation. The most recent issue is that the Indoor Fan runs continuously in the Cool Mode, (even when compressor is not running) and it's not quiet. It's 57 db, which is the same level of noise as my old single stage unit. Note that this problem does not happen when the unit is in Heat Mode. And guess what - Mr Cool says that's what it's supposed to do (and Ingram's says there is nothing they can do I need to talk with Mr Cool). They have never answered repeated questions as to why it doesn't do this on Heat Mode. Since I live in AZ I run the Cool more often, ha. So if you like loud fans running 24/7 these are right up your alley.
