A great response sorting out a better deal for us on something we thought we had already sorted. Gary was great, personable, easy to deal with and just got it sorted. No fuss and no promises he couldn't deliver. Many thanks for a god job done quick.

You've honestly no idea how much I appreciated that as I was hitting my head of a brick wall and going round in circles. The caller from Ideal Utilities was a refreshing change from the usual Utility Brokers hounding for business. These people gave good honest advice, called from the UK, spoke unhurriedly, clearly and concise. Came across as having my interests at heart rather than there own. Professional start to finish.
I have had a very good experience with Ideal Utilities, I was sceptical to begin with but they have found me a cheaper electric and gas provider, which will save the company a lot of money in the long run.
I've simply had a very pleasant experience with the sales representatives at Ideal Utilities. The entire renewal process was super easy and they even managed to save me money on a new contract with my current electricity provider. Happy customer. Thank you!
