Ideal Utilities Reviews

I have dealt with Jordan Haines on behalf of 2 companies that I am involved with(J H Lidstone Plastering Ltd & Mannamead Hair Care & Beauty).Jordan has supplied me with very competitive quotations which I have been more than happy to accept, after compairing prices elsewhere.

I am a new business owner. I have been searching around for different energy suppliers for my business. I was still continuing with the supplier I had. I received a call from one of the colleagues in this company. They give the best deals and help you with what is best for your company. Alex Barlow is the colleague who has been supported. He explained it all to me and helped me gain more knowledge about it. He has done a great deal at an incredible price. Him and his company have helped me take a lot off my shoulder. I would definitely recommend this company and this man, as they will give you the best support.  Regards,S W

Very happy with the quotes provided, they were cheaper than we managed to find direct with suppliers. Great service and just want to say what an easy process, we highly recommend this company.

Excellent communication throughout process and obviously researching for the best deal available

I made contact with Ideal Utilities to help source and provide quotes for the energy renewals for our Care Home. I dealt with Jordan Mcspirit who was professional, courteous and very prompt. He was able to provide very competitive quotes which then enabled me to secure my renewals (Gas and Electric).

We have just renewed our business electricity and generally couldn't recommend Ideal Utilities enough! Great knowledge & advice and more importantly got me the best price on the market! Special Thanks to Alex Barlow and Matthew Allen for their help.

Tom helped me find the cheapest supplier for my business was quick easy and didn't hound me like most companies, would definitely use them again!!!

Great customer service shown by Tom Mckivett, explained the whole process simply. Signed into another contract with Ideal Utilities.

Top notch company. Saved me a few quid.

What a fantastic service I've received this week from Carl Cummins with our energy contract renewal. He responded to any questions I had quickly and efficiently, and was then more than happy to summarise information in an email from a call we had, so that I had something on file - absolutely first class service, and nothing seemed too much trouble. If you're looking for help with an energy contract renewal I'd recommend speaking to Carl from Ideal Utilities - great communication, explains things clearly, and provides a fantastic customer experience.

Super helpful and easy to communicate with…very pleased with the deal that Carl Cumming has sorted for our small business.

I had to renew our company electric supply today, I'd missed the renewal window and was looking at a huge hike in prices if I didn't secure a new price immediately. I spoke to Carl Cummins who I can honestly say was so knowledgeable, explained in simple easy to understand terms, and gave me the facts without pushing me in any direction. Because of him, I saved our company a possible monthly bill of £800!!, and an annual saving of 10%. I'm very grateful and will recommend Ideal Utililties/Carl to any business who is looking to secure a new fixed deal.

I am delighted to share my experience with Carl Cummins, who has recently helped me with my energy needs for my retail business. I cannot thank him enough for his outstanding efforts, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond his remit to assist me. From the very beginning, Carl showed a sincere understanding of my business situation, and he took the time to listen to my concerns and needs. He was patient, empathetic, and approachable, making me feel comfortable and confident in his abilities. Carl's competence and expertise were evident in the way he explained everything so thoroughly and clearly, leaving no stone unturned. He went the extra mile to ensure that I fully understood the solutions he recommended, and I appreciated his attention to detail and proactive approach. Overall, I am extremely grateful to Carl for his exceptional service and support. He has made a significant impact on my business, and I am confident that his contributions will continue to be of great benefit to me in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend Carl Cummins to anyone looking for an outstanding and trustworthy professional.

Spoke to Carl no of times because needed to swap energy suppliers found him to be very helpful and polite always on hand to answer any questions and helped us with a very smooth transition to new supplier after going through a bad time with an energy company Very happy with service he provided and information given to us I would recommend without hesitation Paul and Paula

Really good people. Gary has checked in regularly all the way up to me signing a new contract. Ultimately the advice was to take the renewal as the best offer we would get. Can't argue with honest feedback! Really appreciated the help and advice.

Gary has been extremely helpful in dealing with our switch over. we encountered a couple of issues with the third party but Gary was on hand to help and advise what we needed to do. It has been a refreshing change to speak to a "normal" person who has your best interests at heart. Thanks Gary we will speak to you when its time for renewal. :)

What can I say, great company and really helped me out. Beat my renewal offer from my supplier and saved me money in these hard times. Gary was extremely helpful and very chatty rather than being robotic like most other salesman and really connected in conversation and listened to my needs. PS Hopes he gets his moped fixed he really loves that thing

Always a professional service
