No Klarity. Only Konfusion.
If you hate yourself and really like jumping through hoops and poor communication, this is the service for you. They have a super strict cancellation policy for patients (which is fine) but offer no support or communication when your doctor cancels on you over and over. Their support team barely speaks English and can not respond to very simple questions directly. Prepare to have all of your questions answered with form answers from their FAQ, even if it's not related at all. For example, when I asked how refills work, if I need to make a direct request or if I will get the email automatically, they responded, "we see your provider has filled your medication. Thank you for contacting Klarity." There are countless emails like this. The doctors are condescending, their assistants are completely unhelpful and send forms 10 minutes before an appointment that take 20 minutes to fill out and the provider will chastise you for not planning ahead. There is no real follow up for refills or conversation about how it's working for you. There is a form that I feel is barely addressed. It's like a quick turn Adderall farm whose goal after the first video meeting is to get you $25/month refill fee. It's cheap, but you absolutely get what you pay for. And for me that meant an inability to get a refill because a pharmacy ran out of stock a few hours before my pickup and they refused to resend without me promising I would go away forever and never bug them again if they did. And they never addressed this at all. So, I'm out. Avoid at all costs. Edited to add: exhibit A. Their reply to this review.... Not addressing the key features of this review, picking 2 random things I said and putting their standard form replay. My issue is with doctors cancelling. That is not in the cancellation policy. I understood and agreed to the patient one. That was never the issue. I even wrote (fine) after that part. The issue was not running out of stock. I know there's a nationwide shortage I'm not an idiot. The issue was how it was handled. I swear I've never really had to write a review like this. I'm super educated, very easy to deal with typically. This was just flabbergastingly awful.
