I’ve been using the app for almost 10 years. It’s a great app, with a lot of features that keep me motivated and with great results. Complains about autorenewal payments are misleading. The cancellation process is super easy, people just need to pay more attention if they don’t want to continue using the app.

Ich habe via Mail fristgerecht gekündigt, was mittlerweile rechtsbindend ist. Trotzdem hat freeletics dies nicht berücksichtigt und den Betrag abgebucht. Auch als ich den Betrag zurückgefordert hatte, kam keine Reaktion. Es ist eine absolute Abzocke! Aufpassen

I took a subscription last year but quickly realised it wasn’t for me so stopped using it. Fast forward one year and today I saw a charge for £94.99 with my bank. They auto renewed me without sending a renewal notice so I had no idea this was coming and no control as to the amount of the renewal. I went onto the website and did not have a cancel option. The only option was to extend. I contacted them straight away (day one of the accidental renewal) to explain the situation but within 2 minutes got a template response to say they have a disclaimer and so would not offer a refund despite them not sending a renewal notice. No renewal notice and no easy option to cancel leads me to believe this is all intentional to cash in. Freeletics, you are supposed to be a fair and reasonable company but your actions say differently.

I have been with Freeletics for several years and it's great to be on a journey growing with them. App is not the most stable but I can tell they are constantly improving.

A terribly, terribly scummy outfit. No notice of renewal. Took the money out of my account. Same day, I cancel my contract and ask for a refund. Told to jog on by the customer service team. Appealed through PayPal and have had the case ruled against me due to the terms and conditions. I'd understand if I'd had notice of the payment and ignored it. I'd also understand if I'd left it a few weeks to request the refund. However, I had no notice and requested refund same day the payment left my bank. Whatever happened to consumer rights? I've made this mistake previously (should have learnt I know!) and the provider instantly refunded me. I have checked their terms and conditions and it's almost identical. They just refunded me as a gesture. Will be advising everyone at the gym I work at to avoid Freeletics!

Just adding another voice to the extractive, uncaring and immoral renewal policies and customer service. They literally have built their business model on sucking in people to auto renewal subscriptions and deliberately send no reminder, there isn’t even an option to get one! Then tell you to shut up and remember the small print from 12 months ago. Just use a different app and don’t let a company like this benefit from your income.

The AI coach has been tremendously helpful in giving me planned workouts to follow weekly. And it's much cheaper than a personal trainer. Moreover, I'm a self motivated person and thus this app is perfect for me.

Très bonne application simple d’utilisation qui contient de nombreux programmes pour atteindre ses objectifs ! Les efforts sont progressifs et les vidéos au top quand on ne sait pas comment faire les mouvements. Je mets 4 étoiles et non 5 car je trouve qu’il manque des adaptateurs pour les personnes avec besoins spécifiques : asthme, mal de dos, grossesse, etc.

they charge without any warning and a value higher than what was the agreement. Not gave you the money back

Mit freeletics und dem Coach kann man schon echt gut durchziehen.

Muy buena experiencia con la versión de paga. Me gusta correr antes de la sesión de ejercicio con freeletics y la verdad es que me he sentido muy bien con la combinación. Depende bastante de tu constancia y cuidar de hacer de manera correcta los ejercicios. En general gran experiencia.

Horrific business-first, customer-last practises. Increased prices, with no warnings on subscription charges, pending introduction offer. Refusal to refund, when it's their entire system that they operate and control. Offered a voucher for their system, but that's not good enough if you do not want to continue. Didn't want the product/ service, did not consent to purchase; taking my money is therefore theft. Currently in the process of a PayPal case. Update: PayPal sided with me and I was fully refunded. Took the full time as it appears Freeletics didn't respond, likely as they didn't have a leg to stand on. If this company has taken your money - challenge your bank or PayPal to get your money back! ----- On the actual product itself; it's not very beginner friendly. Have an injury? Good luck. It ignores any feedback you give when you say you had trouble with a move, and just repeats the same thing time-after-time. Jumps from move to move without giving newcomers proper time to examine the move and learn how to do it correctly and safely. Extremely demotivating. Nothing here was out of the ordinary or supportive.

Super appli et programmes pour faire du sport! Pour ce qui est du paiement, aucune surprise et ils sont reglos! J’avais demandé à mettre en pause pour cause de grossesse, ils ont tout fait comme demandé!

Non mandano nessuna mail per avvisare dell'imminente rinnovo annuale dell'abbonamento. Pratica scorretta. Inoltre se provi a contattarli per annullare il rinnovo non rispondono e si tengono i soldi. Assistenza clienti pari a 0.

I never used the app. Practically I signed up with high hopes, but never did my fist class and then I just forgot about the account all together. The app doesn't have any incentives, no comminity - they won't motivate you, so it's pretty easy to forget about it. No remnder emails, no encouragement, nothing. Like others, I just got charged for the entire year's worth of subscription, without any alerts or warning. They refused to refund me even though I immediately emailed them. Given that I couldn't even locate my account and my email I signed up with, I emailed Freeletics at numerous platforms - practically they didn't even clock that I was the same person. I think it's pretty nasty that they just take your money automatically. Clearly they don't care much about the customer experience and it's not about the 'athlete', more about a money making machine. You are better off doing some free exercises classes you find on the web. If you are unmotivated to do exercise, this app is not going to get you working, plus it will cost you £££.

Ehrlich gesagt habe ich bislang keine andere App und ich möchte auch keine andere versuchen. Erfolg und Ergebnisse kommen immer mit Fleiß und Durchhaltevermögen. Diese App bietet für jeden etwas und wenn man sich ins Zeug legt kann man die Resultate bald sehen und spüren. Für mich eine Top- Fitness App! Bravo

Il prélève 119.99 sans informer à l'avance et vous réabonne pour 1 an. Ce sont des arnaqueurs, qui ne veulent pas rembourser et qui ne respecte pas la loi Je vais porter plainte

In data odierna 01-06 ricevo una mail da parte di Freeletics con oggetto "Il tuo Coach ti aspetta" e un riepilogo di acquisto di 89,99€ come rinnovo abbonamento. Contatto immediatamente l'assistenza nella stessa giornata per richiederne il rimborso e l'annullamento e mi viene risposto che si tratta di un rinnovo automatico derivante da un abbonamento acquistato per la prima volta in data 31.05.2022 (che ricordo successivamente attivato per un codice sconto praticamente gratis). Non ho ricevuto da parte loro alcun promemoria via mail in precedenza che mi avvisasse del rinnovo imminente. Trovo scorretto e poco professionale tale comportamento.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with this service provider. Despite canceling my subscription on their app, they went ahead and processed a renewal. What's worse is that when I contacted their customer service team for a refund, they were uncooperative and unwilling to help. The most frustrating part? I have never even used the app. This lack of accountability and poor customer service has left me deeply dissatisfied. Proceed with caution.
