Poor experience. Even worse Customer Support.
Horrific business-first, customer-last practises. Increased prices, with no warnings on subscription charges, pending introduction offer. Refusal to refund, when it's their entire system that they operate and control. Offered a voucher for their system, but that's not good enough if you do not want to continue. Didn't want the product/ service, did not consent to purchase; taking my money is therefore theft. Currently in the process of a PayPal case. Update: PayPal sided with me and I was fully refunded. Took the full time as it appears Freeletics didn't respond, likely as they didn't have a leg to stand on. If this company has taken your money - challenge your bank or PayPal to get your money back! ----- On the actual product itself; it's not very beginner friendly. Have an injury? Good luck. It ignores any feedback you give when you say you had trouble with a move, and just repeats the same thing time-after-time. Jumps from move to move without giving newcomers proper time to examine the move and learn how to do it correctly and safely. Extremely demotivating. Nothing here was out of the ordinary or supportive.
