Dritbra opplegg!

Comme beaucoup de personne, j'ai eu a faire un renouvellement d'abonnement sans préavis. le service client c'est un mur et simplement des scammers. Donc un conseil lors de votre abonnement résilier tout de suite. 79,99 € de prélevés sur mon compte directement. Et surtout aucun message pour prévenir, c'est inadmissible. Surtout ne jamais utiliser cette application. Ce sont des voleurs, et on ne peux même pas les avoir au téléphone. Ne tomber pas dans le panneau, ne souscrivez à aucun abonnement et regarder plutôt des vidéos sur YouTube c'est gratuit et tout aussi efficace. HONTE À VOUS !!!!!!! l'argent ne tombe pas du ciel.

Cuidado con el momento de la renovación de la suscripción. Si no queréis renovar la suscripción aseguraros de desactivar la renovación en su portal antes de la fecha prevista, de lo contrario os la cobrarán, y aunque reclaméis no os la devolverán a pesar de que existe el Derecho de Desistimiento en la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios en España. Mucho cuidado porque no cumplen con la Ley.

J’utilise depuis maintenant plusieurs années. Très bonne appli, possibilité de faire différents types d’entraînement en fonction de ses objectifs. Les programmes sont complets, variés, adaptés. L’appli nous pousse à nous depasser et les résultats sont là!

Perfektes Training, das auf meine Bedürfnisse abgestimmt ist. Ich kann die Zeiten, den Ort und das Equipment selber bestimmen. Ich bin seit einem Jahr immer noch voll begeistert und fühle mich fit und stark.

Con una edad cercana a los 50, mi movilidad ha mejorado con diferencia desde que realizó sesiones con Freeletics. Por mi falta de tiempo mi actividad deportiva era nula. Con un poco de tiempo (ahora 3 días por semana, aunque aumentaré uno o dos dias más) mi condición física a mejorado simplemente en el gesto de flexionar las piernas para agacharte a coger algo. Mi meta es bajar de peso y seguir trabajando.

I signed up for their app on Apple's app store where Freeletics says twice that they have a 14 day money back guarantee. I was expecting a tailored workout experience based on what their marketing promised, but instead got a blanket workout program that I had to pick and choose myself. I didn't think it was worth the money, so I requested a refund within the 14 days, which was denied. Freeletics says they don't control Apple billing - so why offer the money back guarantee if you can't actually follow up on your promises? I get better workouts from YouTube videos that I choose

I was getting really bored of traditional strength training at the gym and really wanted something that would excite me again, but also don’t have the money for a full on trainer nor the time to plan it all myself. So, I have to say that purchasing the Freeletics membership has been so worth it. I love having a workout plan set for me, but I love even more the fact that it learns from my feedback as I progress! Loving it so much!

Diese App ist einfach wunderbar!. Ich habe absolut keine Zeit ins Fitnessstudio zu gehen. Mit Freeletics habe ich mir das Fitnessstudio nach Hause geholt. Ich habe früher schon auf eigene Faust trainiert, mit Freeletics fühle ich mich aber 100 mal besser trainiert. Man spürt und sieht die Fortschritte und es macht einfach Spaß. Danke für eure Arbeit liebes Freeletics Team 👌👌👌

Hace mucho tiempo que no hacia ejercicio, siempre lo intentaba; pero fracasaba (me aburria hacer siempre lo mismo). Asi que decidi arriesgarme y contratar freelitics...y me ha encantado, desde mi adolescencia que no hacia ejercicios de este nivel, mi condicióm física ha mejorado mucho y el coach siempre actualiza lo entrenamientos, estoy muy agradecido de la aplicación y los felicito, de verdad que es algo increible.👏👏👏💪😁

Customer service at Freeletics is APPALLING. I have been CHARGED REPEATEDLY after canceling my subscription. Charges I didn't notice because I had moved abroad and the account being charged was essentially inactive. The service rep, Nick, has refused to acknowledge the situation and only responds with a scripted response referring to their renewal T&Cs - which clearly are irrelevant seeing as I CANCELLED my subscription (f**** me if I'm wrong here but I'm pretty certain that canceling means I have actively terminated any contract and future charges). My request for the matter to be passed on to a manager has also been totally IGNORED. There are plenty of fitness apps out there now, I highly recommend that you AVOID FREELETICS' disregard for their customers and choose a provider that actually gives a sh**.

Absolutely no refund for an annual service that was cancelled one day after the renewal date. I had paid a discounted price for the first year, but never used it. It just auto renewed at full price, and I cancelled immediately, but they won't prorate or refund the charge. They can see that I never even used the first year. For a little bit more per month, I'd rather use Apple Fitness+.

It looks like Freeletics caught me on 'signing up' to a subscription. I hadn't asked for it, nor was I aware I had been signed up. Probably based on the app I trialled free for a couple of days then deleted. Please be aware that you will be charged whether you decide to continue, or cancel and delete the app. Be careful here.

Charged me full price for another year without warning or notifying before hand. Didn't use the service for almost a year and woke up to a 86$ automatic payment. They refused to refund even though I contacted them less than 3 hours after the billing. Poor customer service and shady billing practices. I would never use their services again and would not recommend.
