Total rubbish app, they get you to sign up and they hope that you forget to cancel or stop the auto renewal. If that happens there is no chance in getting your money back. Honestly the app is done in three weeks of workouts. Total waste of money. Do yourself a favour and stay clear.

Exactly the same as Chris's review below, I was charged at renewal with no prior warning and they refused to refund me despite me contacting them only 3 hours after I had been charged. Complete lack of transparency and no duty of care to customers. DO NOT USE

Fuyez. Ce sont des voleurs. Renouvellent automatiquement votre abonnement sans vous prévenir clairement et avoir votre accord. Le support ne veut rien savoir alors qu'il serait tellement simple pour eux de faire un petit effort. Regardez bien les autres avis je suis loin d'être le seul dans cette situation.

My subscription auto renewed and they took £95 from my account without any warning in advance. I contacted them on the same day only to be told they will not refund me. I'm sending a complaint to the Competition and Markets Authority (i'm in the UK) and would recommend everyone else who has had this problem do the same. Their practices are deemed to be 'unfair' by the CMA's guidance due to: 1. Not sending out a renewal notice 2. Not offering to cancel subscriptions within a certain time frame of renewal This is all stated very clearly on the CMA's website and indeed, on the Governments website found easily by searching for 'SUBSCRIPTIONS AUTOMATIC ROLLOVERS' Edit - Also hilarious that their Founder and CEO has this as his tag line in LinkedIn 'Father. Husband. Explorer. Entrepreneur. // Dedicated to supporting people live ⭐️THIS ONE LIFE⭐️. // CEO/Founder of Freeletics/Stædium.' So he's 'dedicated to supporting people live' and yet is happy to run a company ripping people off and using unfair contracts

Like the other hundreds of people scammed by this, i was charged without any emails or notifications of a renewal. £119.99 down the drain. I have not used this app in a year. Edit: update, thankfully I paid through paypal. I was able to get a refund by disputing the charge with Paypal. Deleting this scam of an app.

Excellent and one of the few apps I haven’t deleted after a few months. In fact, I have been using the app with coach features for a few years and it has become a consistent and enjoyable part of the weekly routine (4 sessions per week). As I improve, the workouts always remain attainable, but never easy. It’s UI and UX are super clear and easy to understand in the middle of a workout. I could go on… thanks

Ich benutze die App nun seit über einem Monat mit meiner Frau zusammen und wir sind begeistert. Die App ist Flexibel, ausgewogen und macht auch noch richtig Spaß. Hier lohnt sich das Geld allemal.

Using since 1 month. Stopped my regular gym and working out in apartment gym using this app. App is good. Happy so far and can see results. I wish below things added. 1. More excercises. 2. Step by step training for some excercises like handstand etc 3. Control of app through headphones to move to next and voice guidance so that we can avoid keep looking on app. 4. Integration with amazfit , samsung watches 5.

Scammers in the guise of a fitness app. Stay away from their shady business practices. You'll get ripped off..

Con esta aplicación he conseguido la motivación y la guía necesaria para dar el paso y cambiar mis rutinas sedentarias. Los ejercicios están bien diseñados y es flexible en cuanto a la programación semanal y adapta fácilmente las sesiones según las necesidades. Estoy encantado. Llevo un mes, ya noto un cambio en mi cuerpo y sobretodo en mi motivación. Sin duda, recomiendo freeletics

This is the worst app literally robbing people. They don't issue any refunds for subscriptions they "automatically" charge to your credit card on a sly. Zero notification emails, zero invoices, nothing. Absolute scam. Avoid avoid avoid.

As many other reviews state, this company has very dishonest business practices surrounding account management and subscriptions. I happily paid £60 last year for the training and food plan. Suddenly last week I was billed double that amount for a new yearly subscription without my consent and without warning. Money was taken from my account at a time I need it most. I contacted them immediately to a stonewall response of ‘no we will not process you a refund, see out terms and conditions’. The least I expect is a renewal reminder a week before stating the money was going to be taken. This company had taken my money and ran! I’d advise everyone to cancel your subscription now to save having the same issue as me.

Para mí la mejor. Se adapta a mi vida y a mí en particular me motiva mucho. Llevo años con la app y ha crecido lo más grande. No se los demás pero yo en su día no tuve ningún problema en cancelar la suscripción (fui mama y los hiit no son recomendables) . Antes de ser mamá conseguí estar muy en forma con la app y ahora volvemos a la carga!

Gute App , einfach zu bedienen und anstrengendes Training. Mir fehlt leider die Möglichkeit in einer Journey mit Körpergewicht zu trainieren und wenn ich ein Studio zur Verfügung habe auch Langhantel und Bank zu verwenden
