They charged me even though I canceled my renewal and wasn't refunded.

Renuevan automáticamente las cuotas sin avisar. Y aunque reclaméis el mismo día el reembolso, no os la devolverán a pesar de que existe el Derecho de Desistimiento en la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios en España. No les importa los clientes, solo el dinero y no cumplen con la Ley.

Ho utilizzato Freeletics nel 2019 e adesso l'ho ripresa. Dopo aver provato anche altre app per allenarsi a casa posso sinceramente confermare che questa è la migliore. Piani ben strutturati, allenamenti impegnativi ma efficaci se fatti con costanza e nel modo giusto. Il piano di rinnovo non è vero che è fraudolento come leggo in altri commenti. Basta segnarsi quando scade l'abbonamento e se non si vuole rinnovare bisogna prendere azione per tempo. L'unica pecca riguarda forse le corse. Sarebbe bello se queste potessero essere meglio integrate con l'apple watch.

Die App ist einfach aufgebaut und enthält alle notwendigen Funktionen. Das Training macht Spaß und ist fordernd,aber nicht überfordernd. Die Anpassung der Trainingseinheiten an den Fortschritt des Sportlers könnte noch feiner abgestimmt sein. Man kann sich zwar noch Workouts zum regulären Plan dazu nehmen (habe zu jeder regulären Einheit ein Götterworkout genommen), dies sollte aber von der App erkannt werden und das Training angepasst werden. Insgesamt bin ich aber sehr zufrieden.

I have been through one of their programmes for now five weeks. It's cool, it's exciting and wella balanced. It feels like improvement are actually happening in a well balanced way. I like it and recommend it.

Ich konnte über die Handy App mein Abo nicht kündigen, da ich es nicht über den AppStore gekauft habe sondern direkt über die Webseite und leider kann man in der App den Coach nicht kündigen Zusätzlich kommt es mir so vor als wäre die App kaum noch in Verwendung und es wird kaum noch etwas aktualisiert

Nutze die App und den Coach seit Jahren. Im ersten Jahr war ich in der Form meines Lebens jetzt lass ich es ein wenig ruhiger angehen. Heute hatte ich mit dem Support Kontakt (Lara). Mein Problem wurde schnell, kompetent und zu meiner Zufriedenheit gelöst.

I have been using the app for more than a year. The workouts are good and give you a good sweat. Not really well planned as it may focus on specific areas and not so on others. Btw I work out on average 3 times a week with the app. It holds no history of your workouts or previous programs which means it just gives you generic programs although this is my fourth cycle I have completed. Also it forced me to have 2 subscriptions as in the middle of 1 it did not allow me to continue using it until I paid again. Lastly the pop ups… it VERY annoying for paying customers to keep receiving every single time a pop up as to pay for a service which I have already subscribed to!!!!

Mi alleno tutti i giorni da molti anni e recentemente ho provato molte app simili. Freeletics ha un altissimo rapporto qualità e prezzo. Gli allenamenti sono correttamente calibrati sui propri obiettivi, necessità ed attrezzatura; gli aggiornamenti, in particolare la "journey" (il programma di lungo termine creato con il coach virtuale) è molto flessibile in base alle contingenze di ogni giorno (es. Piove e non posso correre) il coach rivede il programma in modo da potersi allenare comunque con una nuova sessione adattata al problema indicato. Chiari gli esercizi e le relative spiegazioni, inoltre gli esercizi di riscaldamento e defaticamento sono sempre adatti alle sessioni di esercizio da svolgere. Al momento sono molto soddisfatto di aver scelto questa app. Unica pecca, non si interfaccia con Google Fit nonostante le configurazioni e non si interfaccia direttamente con il galaxy watch 4 classic.

Application au top, je l’avais essayer en 2013 et je viens de reprendre depuis 2 semaines l’app a super bien évolué ! J’ai pris un abonnement de 1 an direct 👌🏻

Application au top, programme super, suivis très bon, ça motive même pour ceux qui ont du mal. Attention.. Payer pour ne pas aller sur l'application ou ne pas se souvenir qu'on a des prelevements en cours, ce n'est pas de la faute de Freeletics, mais tout simplement à cause de votre inconscience. Les salles de sport dans votre ville sont pareils, elles ne vous remboursent pas un engagement et ne vous préviennent pas de votre paiement car vous êtes censer le savoir. C'est donner un mauvais avis pour râler de sa propre incompétence à ce niveau.. Merci à Freeletics, je finis par être heureuse de faire mon sport tout les matins, en découvrant un programme différent à chaque fois.

Soy nuevo en esto. Tengo amigo que lo utilizan y me animaban. Apenas llevo 5 semanas. Por motivos laborales y familiares llevo más 5 años sin hacer deporte. Y bueno… Si te digo gran cambio.. pues fisicamente ya lo noto, y estoy encantado. Cierto es que lo importante es hacer bien cada ejercicio, en medida de lo posible, pero te das cuenta que semana a semana vas evolucionando, haciéndolo mejor y notando mucha mejoría tanto física como personalmente. Hacer los ejercicios desde casa. Ahorras mucho tiempo. Se ve que es una aplicación donde detrás hay mucho trabajo diario. De verdad, enhorabuena!

I've been a Freeletics user for over 5 years now and I have been very pleased with the app. It's incredibly cheap compared to similar personal training apps and gives you everything you need. I would definitely recommend it to people new to fitness as it is well guided and has great instructions. For those more experienced, this app is great for general fitness, both inside and outside of the gym. It focuses a lot on building great form, and is extremely customizable.

BE CAREFUL WITH THE AUTO-RENEWAL! Specially when they bump up the price after a year for an already expensive service. No reminder is sent and they will treat you like garbage for asking for a refund. They charged 94 euros for the basic version. The app is not great, mostly (and rarely) used it to get some warm-up ideas. Cluttered interface, workouts are not progressive, hard to get mixed equipment programs (customization requires you to come up with the entire routine, might as well search for a routine online instead of paying for this) Wanting to change workout programs does not transfer your progress. The good: short exercise video clips showing how an exercise is done.

Absolute scum of a company. I'd previously used this app a year or 2 ago and enjoyed it. So I started again this year but only used it for about a week then stopped. I completely forgot that it automatically renews until today when £44 was taken out of my account. I hadn't budgeted for this sum of money to be taken and it's left me in a position where I can't afford food until I next get paid. I explained this to Freeletics and they have declined to refund me despite the fact that it only renewed TODAY. A fitness and wellbeing app that is happy to leave people to starve as long as they receive their money. Stay well clear, these are complete scum.

The app really give me one hell of a push, I feel my endurance improved day by day
