Freeletics renewal policy is not ethical! They don't send an expiring subscription reminder and charge you directly!

Los calentamientos son algo intensos, pero si haces un poco de movilidad articular antes es el entrenamiento perfecto. Con alimentación adecuada y voluntad los resultados no tardan en verse. Es una App muy completa. 100% recomendable (sobretodo el coach).

Me encanta, es una app con ejercicios muy completos, no pongo las 5 estrellas porque cuando me he lesionado o cuando tuve una trombosis, me quedé sin la opción y realmente necesitaba ejercicio, pero con menos carga en regiones proximales de extremidades, y forzosamente tenía que o quitar muchas cosas, que terminaba eliminando la sesión completa o una sola pero muy extensa

Shady business practice. No reminder on annual subscriptions renewing, and poor support when trying contact them for help.

Beware of this scam - money lost. They will go to great lengths to ensure they can keep charging you money and make you feel powerless with their subscription model. Read the other reviews and you'll soon find out other users are experiencing the same.

Es una aplicación excelente, de las rutinas que he practicado en mi vida, estas son las mejores, con resultados muy positivos, siempre que seamos disciplinados.

How nowadays, companies are not obliged to send a notification that the renewal will be due few weeks prior to the transaction?! Especially we are talking about a yearly renewal, not a monthly renewal!! So it’s very easy to forget about it. Also, it happened to me already last year, and I could not find a way to cancel my membership, all I could find on the app was the extend option, and I find it very unfair, that they make it so difficult for us to cancel a subscription. They are able to do a refund within 14 days when it’s the initial payment but not for a renewal… how is that different!? They are clearly abusing their customers and have no compassion for them. I have made my claim within 2 days when I discovered the transaction on my bank account, which always arrive few days after. I have clearly explain them the situation and asked for a refund, and also to cancel my profile to reassure them that it is not about trying to get a free year but clearly to get my money back for an access to their platform that I am not using! We are not talking about goods that we are trying to send back, but only of a service, which has no direct cost to them if they were to refund and cancel. Freeletics, unprofessional, abusive system, and the trainings offered are limited, repetitive and boring.

Top top top ! Assidue depuis 2019, je ne changerais d’appli pour rien au monde. L’IA finit par nous « connaître » mieux qu’un coach en salle. Je ne me suis jamais fait mal avec Freeletics et les résultats sont là 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.

Awful. My account auto renewed after I stopped using it six months previous. The day it auto renewed I contacted them to refund me the money which they refused. They send no reminder about the auto renew. Avoid.

You can tell the good reviews are written by employees because they follow the same script but worded slightly differently. Overall the app is OK. Not amazing. Not really bad. The problems start when you want to cancel. The support is really bad. The BOT on the website is a constant series of dead ends with no way to actually speak to somebody. To connect with a person is really hard. I cancelled my subscription but it somehow renewed itself and i got charged for an extra year i did not want. They will not refund auto subscriptions which i think is out of order given i had already cancelled. Cannot recommend based on the poor service.

Dishonest auto-renewal practices. I was charged without it being clear at signup that it was auto renewal (sign up Dec 22). In fact it seems quite clear that it is not. Furthermore, no warning is sent before renewal. Dishonest company. Stay away, they don’t deserve your business.

App ben disegnata, chiara, ed utilissima per chi vuole allenarsi in casa. Prezzi corretti.

Me cambio la vida, si bien tenes que poner de tu parte en cuanto a voluntad y alimentación, el ejercicio y como estan planificados ayudan muchísimo, tengo una fuerza y un cuerpo que no tuve en mi vida a los 35 años. No lo veo caro si el resultado es mejor salud, e una inversión y prefiero gastarlos aca que en un servicio de streaming

I used Freeletics for a few months and it was ok but to be honest all of the exercises can be found on youtube for free. So, I decided it wasn't for me and thats where Freeletics turned into trap. There are no reminders of auto renewal and no refunds. So if you don't cancel in time you pay for an extra YEAR. I've never had this from any other subscription service (Spotify to Amazon). Freeletics management if you see this... you can't trap people into using your app.

Voy en la cuarta semana con freeletics y puedo decir que he notado grandes cambios! El acondicionamiento es perfecto para los que apenas empezamos y poder escoger qué ejercicios hacer con o sin equipamiento, aún así con tanta variedad de ejercicios, es lo mejor que me ha pasado. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Took 6 months training subscription for 79,99e. Didn't use the app for last 2 months at all and after the subscription ended they renewed it automatically without permission and charged 79,99e for another 6 months. Asked for refund and got only one automatic answer/email that said refund can't be done.. Don't try this scam app!

Purtroppo non posso che confermare le recensioni di altri utenti in merito al rinnovo automatico subdolo e truffaldino: nessuna comunicazione in merito se non quella appena sottoscrivete l'abbonamento (dopo 1 anno è normale che te ne dimentichi) e difficoltà nel disattivare il rinnovo automatico. Venendo all'aspetto più tecnico della app, alla fine si tratta di un programmino di poco conto, con un algoritmo che gestisce gli allenamenti in maniera approssimativa e poco focalizzata sulla persona e sui suoi progressi. Spesso crasha (in particolare dopo gli aggiornamenti). Dal punto di vista dell'utilità sotto il profilo meramente sportivo e a fini di dimagrimento, purtroppo - dopo i primi facili entusiasmi- vengono fuori tutti i limiti di una app che agisce in remoto senza dimensionarsi realmente sulla persona che si allena: sono molto frequenti gli infortuni ed i dolori che costringono a lunghi stop, anche per via dell'esecuzione degli esercizi (molti dei quali complessi) e che necessiterebbero di un ausilio più diretto che vada ben oltre qualche video animazione con due righe di spiegazione spesso neanche chiaramente comprensibili. In sintesi - considerato anche il prezzo non irrisorio e la folta concorrenza sul mercato - sconsiglio di investire tempo e denaro in questa applicazione.

I have been using the app for more than 8 years and I am very satisfied. I love it and I think it’s a great motivational app with a coach who can adapt your exercises anytime. I just love it.
