Deux expériences lunaires

Deux tentatives d'achat dans cette boutique Nîmoise, deux expériences lunaires: à l'exception d'une jeune vendeuse souriante ( mais qui ne m'a rien demandé), les vendeurs vous tounent le dos en priant pour que vous ne les sollicitiez pas, puis sollicités et donf contraints de vous répondre c'est " si vous n'avez pas trouvé votre bonheur" et pourtant six trois modèles me plaisaient. Le vendeur- aux chaussures particulièrement sales- se résigne à aller chercher en arrière boutique et me signifie que les modèles s'arrêtent à la pointure 43. précédemment c'est la vendeux qui m'avait expressément invité à me rendre à décathlon!

No order received 2 weeks later

Ordered trainers on 28th April. Still not received them 2 weeks later. Every time I phone I’m told they will escalate it. I never hear back. Every time I phone, they create a new escalation and say I need to wait 5 to 10 days for an outcome and all my other calls are irrelevant and the 5 - 10 days begins from when I call. So I take it I’m not meant to phone for 10 days but nothing is happening 14 days on. So annoyed and surely footlocker escalation team are so busy it takes this long to resolve what is clearly a missing parcel as dhl website shows it’s missing. What a s**t show of poor customer service

DO NOT SHOP AT FOOTLOCKER

DO NOT SHOP AT FOOTLOCKER I placed an order on the 19/04/25 and the parcel was delivered to the wrong address in a completely different location than my home. I sent proof of this to Footlocker who told me the parcel had not even been dispatched yet. I then sent proof of dispatch and delivery to then be told there was an issue with their systems. I was asked to fill out a form where I was being told to manipulate the dates to reflect what they had on their system. We finally get around that obstacle and I then get ignored for days on end and was then told no form had been sent. I decided to raise a charge back claim due to this and was contacted by a member of the team. They requested I cancel the dispute with my bank to enable them to refund me. This was a week ago and Footlocker are claiming the dispute remains open. Because of this I have not been able to retrieve a refund. I have been spoken to like rubbish and lied to over and over again. DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE. GO TO JD OR FOOTASYLUM INSTEAD.

If I could put a zero I would

If I could put a zero I would. Put in an order. It took the money from the account and didnt process the order. Was told this was a glitch and would be sorted in 24 hours. Was also told up to 10 days so go figure. Thinking this was a genuine glitch, and as I needed the gift. And tried again today - to no avail. Customer services were extremely rude, unhelpful, no empathy or apologies, nothing. Lost my faith in foot locker. Certainly won't be ordering ever again. Now to wait and see if the two lots of money come back to my account. Money a 6 month pregnant women could do without being missing 👍

Out of Warranty Shoes Sold at Foot Locker- Nike doesnot accept returns

Dear Manager, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally address a significant issue regarding my recent purchase of Nike Air Force 1 '07 shoes from FootLocker. Below are the relevant details of the purchase: · Model Number: 4101086 · UPC: UPC00194499063032 · Style Code: CT2302-100 · Men's Size: 08.0 · 12/14/22 |02/13/23 Issue Overview I had purchased this item vide bill number #P726648908697252659 dated 12/13/2024. Due to winter conditions, I was unable to try on the shoes immediately. However, when I finally attempted to wear them in May 2025, I was dismayed to find that they were excessively cramped at the front, causing considerable discomfort and pain. As a result, the shoes are now beyond wearable for me, rendering my purchase effectively useless. Foot Locker's Response Upon reaching out to FootLocker for assistance, I was informed that returns would be rejected beyond the 45-day window, which would have placed the return deadline February 13, 2025. I was advised to take the matter up with Nike. After consulting with Nike, I learned that these shoes may be classified as "Out of Warranty" products. This information was surprising, as it was not disclosed at the time of purchase, nor is it mentioned on my receipt. Concerns Regarding Disclosure As a reputable retailer, I believe FootLocker has a responsibility to transparently inform customers when selling products that are out of warranty. The lack of disclosure regarding the warranty status of the product I purchased raises concerns about the integrity of your sales practices. Current Positive Experience To further illustrate my point, I would like to mention that I purchased the same Nike Vomero shoes (Model Number: 42493201, Men's Size: 08.0) in May 2025, and they fit me perfectly. This experience highlights the inconsistency in sizing and quality that I have encountered with the Air Force 1 '07 shoes. Request for Resolution Given the circumstances, I kindly request clarification on the status of my shoes and a resolution to this matter. I believe it is reasonable to expect a fair outcome, considering the lack of disclosure regarding the warranty status of the product I purchased. I have attached a copy of my FootLocker receipt and the shoe label for your review. I appreciate your immediate attention to this pressing issue and look forward to your prompt response ----- Response received from one Ms.Laurie is this.... They are a terrible company. Do not trust buying online with their "hassle free" return. My shoes were returned saying I wore them, which is false... they then tell me to go to store and try, who then tell me to go back to online customer service!!

Foot Locker Mont Saint Martin – -50% sur la confusion 😅 Petite virée shopping, et là, miracle : deux penderies pleines de tee-shirts et de shorts sous une grande affiche “–50%”. Je repère un tee-shirt sympa, grosse étiquette à 30€, prix barré à 39€ à l’intérieur. Là, j’ai sorti ma calculette mentale : 👉 -50% de 30€, ça fait 15€. 👉 Ou alors -50% de 39€, jackpot à 19,50€. Dans tous les cas, je m’apprête à faire une affaire digne des soldes d’été. 🌞 Mais en caisse, plot twist ! Le vendeur m’annonce que non non non, ce tee-shirt n’est pas soldé à -50%, et que c’est un client qui l’a mal rangé. Sauf que… deux penderies entières sont concernées, toutes bien rangées, étiquetées, et alignées sous l’affiche -50%. Bref, le client en question aurait dû être agent de logistique chez Amazon. Je lui fais remarquer gentiment, il va vérifier, observe longuement (presque solennellement)… et me dit en gros : “Effectivement, tout est affiché comme en promo, mais en fait… c’est pas en promo.” 🤷‍♀️ Pas de remise, pas de solution, pas même un petit sourire désolé. Rien. Juste l’impression de m’être fait un petit escape game promo, sans énigme résolue et au passage… d’être prise pour une truffe. Moralité : j’ai appris que les -50% peuvent être purement décoratifs. Et que certains clients ont apparemment beaucoup de temps libre pour déplacer des tonnes de vêtements sans déranger une seule étiquette. 🙃

Ich habe online ein Paar Schuhe gekauft und beim Anprobieren festgestellt, dass sie zu groß sind. Natürlich kann man das nur feststellen, indem man sie trägt und damit läuft – anders ist das gar nicht möglich. Ich habe die Schuhe direkt nach der Anprobe wieder zurückgeschickt, aber meine Rückgabe wurde abgelehnt. Ich sehe, dass diese Firma das offenbar regelmäßig macht. Als Begründung hieß es, die Schuhe seien nicht mehr „neu“, da sie getragen wurden. Natürlich habe ich sie getragen – wie soll ich sonst wissen, ob sie passen? Ich habe sie nur in meiner Wohnung anprobiert. Ich kann nur davon abraten, hier einzukaufen.

En fonction des magasins, l accueil n est pas le même... beaucoup de vendeur non challant et pas agréable (le plus agréable reste celui grand place lille) Et puis de sacs, donc vous repartez avec votre boîte sous le bras, au prix où on paie les bascket !!! On payez moins cher avant et on avait plus de service. BON JE PREND UN SAC 1,99€ QUAND MEME!!!!!!! Poire le voir craqué au bout de la rue... The worst customer service you could imagine.

I’m writing this review because I feel completely let down, ignored, and frankly robbed by Foot Locker. I placed an order expecting a smooth process from a major retailer — but instead, I’ve been met with negligence, zero accountability, and absolutely no resolution. My package never arrived. Foot Locker lost it, yet still kept my money. What’s worse? The customer service experience has been nothing short of disgraceful. After multiple attempts to contact support, I’ve received vague, copy-paste responses that go nowhere. No clear updates. No offer of a replacement. No refund. Just silence and deflection. I’ve provided all the details, followed every process, and waited patiently — but Foot Locker has done nothing to make this right. Let me be clear: I did not get the product I paid for. And yet Foot Locker continues to sit on my money. This is not a shipping issue anymore — it’s a trust and integrity issue. If a company can’t ensure their customers receive what they paid for — or issue a refund when they don’t — they should not be operating at this scale.

Terrible service don’t use.

Extremely disappointed with the service from Foot Locker. I ordered a pair of trainers over a week ago and they still haven’t even been picked up by the courier. I needed them for this week and now won’t even be at the delivery address anymore. The 2–6 day shipping estimate is completely misleading—it should mean delivery, not just processing. Fast delivery wasn’t even an option when I ordered, and customer service via online chat was totally unhelpful. No clear communication, no real support. I’ll most likely be returning the shoes and won’t be using Foot Locker again.

Terrible service at the Botany store don't care tried to swap shoes for a different size flaged me off didn't want to do it will never shop at foot locker again.Manukau store was a little better but not much more.No wonder their sales are going down
