The worst customer service you could imagine.

I’m writing this review because I feel completely let down, ignored, and frankly robbed by Foot Locker. I placed an order expecting a smooth process from a major retailer — but instead, I’ve been met with negligence, zero accountability, and absolutely no resolution. My package never arrived. Foot Locker lost it, yet still kept my money. What’s worse? The customer service experience has been nothing short of disgraceful. After multiple attempts to contact support, I’ve received vague, copy-paste responses that go nowhere. No clear updates. No offer of a replacement. No refund. Just silence and deflection. I’ve provided all the details, followed every process, and waited patiently — but Foot Locker has done nothing to make this right. Let me be clear: I did not get the product I paid for. And yet Foot Locker continues to sit on my money. This is not a shipping issue anymore — it’s a trust and integrity issue. If a company can’t ensure their customers receive what they paid for — or issue a refund when they don’t — they should not be operating at this scale.
