Gift card non rimborsabile: soldi persi con il reso!
Ho acquistato un cappellino usando una gift card da 15 euro. Dopo aver effettuato il reso, quei soldi sono andati persi perché non possono essere rimborsati. Non comprerò più da loro.

Recently footlocker removed the English language from the Netherlands site, while for other countries both, local language and English are still available. I suppose this is a decision from change in management or something. Regardless, I am not buying from a shop that has racist policies or that promotes discrimination propaganda. Too bad, I used to buy a lot from there, but other shops sell the same products, and do not have discriminatory policies.
Don't buy there, if there is a tiny chance you might want to return them (present, in a rush,....)! They are quite lose if it comes to the quality of shoes there are selling but really strict regarding the shoes you can return. Therefore you can not return their own shoes, even if you never take them out of the Box, because "they looked used" .... the audacity of it!!! Also beeing accused of trying to return used shoes by three Staff members was not on my bucket list EVER. Seeing that I never even took the box out of the bag they gave me, I was so not prepared for that. Probably scarred me for life but for sure ruined my day. The Staff who sold me the shoes knew I might want to return them, told me that it is not a problem and brought me the shoes. According to the three Staff members I had to face of for 30 minutes to be able to return my "foot locker new" shoes told me it is my responsibility to check the shoes were new....even thought they are supposed so sell new shoes? Lets be clear I think the shoes were tried on in the store and had the tiniest Marks on the wite sole, so even if I would have checked the shoes I would not have seen a problem. But according to their own definition.... they are apparently selling used shoes and it turns out it is your falt :D refreshing really..... Incident was in UK.
Keeps sending me messed up USED shoes. I don't understand what kind of business they are running here but when I order shoes, I expect BRAND NEW condition. If someone tried it on in store once or twice is a different story.. I keep getting roughed up shoes where someone wore the shoes, got them dirty and whoever it was tried to clean it off before handing it back to the store but damaged. Foot Locker keeps sending me damaged products and I have to pay extra shipping TWICE so I could get damaged items. Needless to say I will be returning the item and never shopping at Foot Locker again.
Leider muss ich auch nur einen Stern vergeben da ich sowas noch nie erlebt habe das man mir 5 Euro extra berechnet weil ich den Schuh zurück geschickt habe. Habe ich noch nie bei einem Schuhhändler erlebt. Das war dass letzte mal das ich bestellt habe!
Reçu aujourd'hui des Adidas Campus avec le pied gauche demo , nettement pas de la même couleur que le droit, et décousu à l'intérieur et molletoné tellement il a été essayé..!! Une honte de la part d'une aussi grande entreprise !!
Op vrijdag begin van de middag besteld met een actie. En op zaterdagmiddag zijn de schoenen al geleverd. Had de bestelling al geplaatst en zag daarna de reviews, maar gelukkig is het allemaal goed gekomen!

À fuir ce magasin le vendeur nous dit n'importe quoi pour vendre ses baskets j'ai acheté une paire de basket à mon fils de 200 €il fait du 43 il nous a conseillé de prendre du 44 mais moi j'ai bien vu que c'était trop grand lui nous disait que c'était bien arrivé à la maison le pied sortait de la basket il a fallu qu'on la ramène à foot Locker Noisy-le-Grand et ils nous ont dit qu'il fallait prendre 43 car le 44 était 10 fois trop grand vendeur pas compétent à fuir
Customer service is offering ZERO assistance and not solving issue at all. My experience with them is about one order with two items, where FootLocker decided to split the order into Two , where second order never arrived as they never sent it out. Then they have decided to make a refund, with an "apology" and offering 10% discount🤦♂️, (initial discount in order was 25%). I really suspect this is all done on purpose so they dont send out an item You as a customer purchase with 25% discount.
Très déçue par mon expérience avec Foot Locker. J’ai commandé une paire de chaussures le 17 mai pour un cadeau à offrir à l’étranger. La livraison a été lente, la livraison catastrophique, le retour encore plus. Le colis a été reçu chez eux le 10 juin, et à ce jour, toujours pas de remboursement. 119 € bloqués sans aucune nouvelle. Je comprends qu’il y ait des délais, mais tout le processus est lent et opaque. Service client peu réactif, et aucune information claire. C’est dommage pour une enseigne de cette taille. Je ne recommanderai pas et ne repasserai pas commande.
Dus wanneer je een pakketje retour stuurt na te hebben gelezen dat het 14 dagen duurt eer verwerkt en geld terug gestort krijgen en je vervolgens geen enkel bericht van ontvangst krijgt maar bellen. Vertellen ze je doodleuk dat het een maand kan duren voor je je centen terug hebt. Hier bestel ik never nooit meer! Totaal geen enkele service en een dikke middelvinger naar de betalende klant. I really recommend you do not buy from this company. Received runners clearly defective - sent videos and photos - did not want money back, just a replacement pair and while they said they "might" the timeline and process was so long that I had to buy new ones else where - in my view do not buy from this company/website
Slechte kennis voor schoen advies, en valse informatie, weinig vooraad, mag geen geld terug ook al zijn deze niet gebruikt, wel kadobon, maar alleen 2x ruilen. Dus 150€ de lucht in, ik ga er niet meer heen en zal het iedereen afraden!
the staff said to me that they would have the shoes in on monday, went down that day then they said either Tuesday or wednesday, went down again they said should have it by friday. its friday now and there saying they dont have it. if use r looking to buy from them i wouldn’t in my opinion its a waste of time.
Absolutely appalling customer service. No telephone line to make contact. Chat bot which says it open between 7am and 11pm when entering all the information into chat box message appears that the chat is closed at 9am I have an item which has not been delivered since April and you provide no service so I can get this resolved

Less than 1 star the staff on chat are rude noone has a clue and they think that waiting 2 weeks for 2 pairs of trainers is acceptable. 1st time using footlocker and I tell you what never again.i cancelled the order and they still say it's coming so will just send it back. Do not use this company I'll be going back to jd sports next day delivery and great customer service
How do they let you win a raffle only to send you an email a few days later saying your order has been canceled due to lack of product ,really I would think you would at least have what you raffle off and if I had know I wasn't going to receive the product I would have tried to purchase it at another store but thanks to footlocker I don't have my son's birthday present so footlocker thanks for nothing and ruining my gift
