No order received 2 weeks later

Ordered trainers on 28th April. Still not received them 2 weeks later. Every time I phone I’m told they will escalate it. I never hear back. Every time I phone, they create a new escalation and say I need to wait 5 to 10 days for an outcome and all my other calls are irrelevant and the 5 - 10 days begins from when I call. So I take it I’m not meant to phone for 10 days but nothing is happening 14 days on. So annoyed and surely footlocker escalation team are so busy it takes this long to resolve what is clearly a missing parcel as dhl website shows it’s missing. What a s**t show of poor customer service
