Pas livrer correctement avec ups qui préfère livrer en point relais que de sonner aux portes . Mais foot locker ne peut rien faire, à vous de vous démerder pour aller récupérer votre colis à plusieurs kilomètre de chez vous , à vous de gérer les choses avec ups mais appel sur taxe (donc à vos frais prix d'un appel local plus 80 cts par minutes ).ni ups ni foot locker ne rembourse ils ne veulent rien entendre . A déconseille fortement même à bannir

I placed my order on 16th May 2025

I placed my order on 16th May 2025, paid in full and received an email stating 2 - 6 working days with a tracking link which could not find my parcel. I kept an eye on it then on the 6th working day I received an email stating due to the bank holiday all orders were running delayed by another 2 - 3 working days, again tracking app still couldnt find my order. I have by now used the online chat service firstly to be told the order was being shipped from the Netherlands and the tracking link will not work till the order is recevied in the UK, then secondly I requested a complaint to be logged and on which was not logged. I have since called twice firstly to check status which they did not know, and again ask why I have received no feedback on my complaint to be told they would log it. 2 working days on from the last call and 10 working days in total still no feedback. I have again today called to ask for a refund, to be told they can not process my refund as they can not locate my parcel only when they do can they process my refund. I asked about the complaint which I was told again today they can only note it from 2 working days ago (not the last day it was due for delivery and exceed the timeframe) that the management team will contact me in a further 5 - 10 working day, which I have no faith on whatsoever. I am stuck in a situation now where I have not received my order it is well overdue the timescale and the company cant even locate it either but wont refund me also. I will never order from this company again.

Dopo l’esperienza negativa al negozio di foot locker a Porta di Roma per via dei commessi Incompetenti. Provo ad ordinare il prodotto nel loro sito. Peggio che mai tracciatura nulla ancora attendo la spedizione. Credo che ormai ci sia poco da commentare parlano le recensioni nei loro confronti.

Déçu

Bonjour, j’ai été très déçue du service chez Foot Locker, je suis venue rendre une paire de basket New Balance portée une seule fois car elle m’a fait des ampoules a l’arrière des pieds suite à un défaut des baskets et le vendeur a refusé de me reprendre la paire et a été désagréable sous prétexte de les avoir porté une fois. Je lui ai bien expliqué que forcément si je ne les avais pas porté je n’aurai pas eu ce problème donc fallait bien les porter… inadmissible , le vendeur ne s est pas intéressé à mon problème mais plus au fait qu il ne pouvait pas revendre la paire ( paire porté une seule fois et rendu une semaine après, la paire impeccable) j ai voulu être honnête en disant que je les avais porté une fois et voilà le résultat! C est la première fois que j achète chez eu et la dernière fois Je vais contacter le service client Je n’ai jamais eu de souci chez Nike ou Courir chez qui j achète habituellement ou d autres d ailleurs.

Crooks

I have been using the same card and billing details for years. All of a sudden after acquiring 100's of thousands of FLX points. My ORDERS kept getting cancelled, ang agents i have talk in Dozens passed me to each other but cannot do anything because its their system, then where should I go? Can i hit your systems head literally so it will wake up????

Doute sur l’authenticité de la paire reçue

J’ai commandé une paire de New Balance sur le site de Foot Locker et à la réception, j’ai été très choqué par l’état du produit : traces de colle apparentes, finitions grossières, détails qui ne correspondent pas à ce qu’on attend d’un article authentique. Franchement, tout donnait l’impression qu’il s’agissait d’une contrefaçon. Je ne peux pas affirmer avec certitude que c’en était une, mais le doute est clairement là. J’ai immédiatement demandé un remboursement. À ce niveau de prix et venant d’un revendeur censé être fiable, c’est inacceptable. Je déconseille fortement.

This lot are a disgrace Its virtually impossible to reach them,, Their virtual chat facility is totally useless and limits custmers to a list of issues and if the issue you have isnt one of them, forget about it Then I suffered a disinterested agent from hell who was so rude Ive photoed the chat and am emailing it to the CEO. I doubt theyll reply, but at least they have a chance to see what we are expected to tollerate Whoever chatted with me would be out on their ear if they were my staff and spoke or chatted with my customers as she did me.. They didnt get anything right and when I pointed this out they went all victim on me so I asked are you getting passive agreeassive and they used that as a quick get out of jail card, feigning hurt and telling me that was abuse A truely shocking experience and Ive decided to keep the wrong sized shoes, and give them to the next person I know who has a baby, I will buy the right ones elsewhere. WORTH NOTING THIS COMPANY INSISTS ON YOUR FULL NAME EMAIL AND TELEPHOE NUMBER IN ORDER TO USE THE CHAT BUT WILL NOT TELL YOU HOW TO HAVE YOUR PRIVATE DATE REMOVED.. IN FACT THE AGENT REFUSED TO ANSWER MY QUESTION AS TO HOW TO HAVE IT REMOVED WHICH I SENT THREE TIMES... This is not the Footlocker me and all my boys used, the experience has been dehumanising

Absolutely appalling customer service

Absolutely appalling customer service. I ordered an item online which right after realised I picked wrong size. I tried to contact them straight away but the only way to contact them is by email which they replied after the item had already been shipped and couldn’t be cancelled. The assured me once the items arrived I could return them. They were shipped to me in 2 days but takes about 2 months to return the item and get your refund. Two weeks of that time is so they can inspect the item. Good to be thorough

Foot locker isn't the foot locker of the 90's they are running a good scam. I bought a pair of sneakers on Friday. I kept on looking to see if the order would process. Sunday night I looked to see if it processed and if they were atleast in preship. It still said processing. Monday I get a email from them saying order was delivered Sunday. I never got a email stating they were shipped or a tracking number. First knowledge I got was that they were delivered. I didnt get anything. The box was out on porch all day and night. When I got home Sunday night there was no sneakers on my porch. It would've been nice to get a tracking number before the delivery took place so I could've had someone home to receive them. I've emailed them on Monday and they have yet to get back to me. I will never do business with this company again. They need to understand how a tracking number works. You are supposed to get it when the item ships so you can track it and get updates in when the sneakers are arriving. I didnt even get a tracking number just a email saying they got delivered the day before.
