Order taking half a month
Ive ordered online. It was said to arrive within 2-4 days. It has been 10 days and I haven’t received anything yet. It hasnt even been sent yet, so it will probably come in next month

Trash bags scum
Had an offer on their website that if I registered I get RM45 off my first order. So I used them, as this made them cheaper then JD sports which is my first choice. Discount was never added, when I asked them why they said the website broke and there is nothing they can do. Told me that they may send me a voucher for next order to get a discount, it’s a complete scam. Say they won’t refund it or anything and the customer service rep emailing me is just speaking like an AI bot and is not helpful at all. You owe me money and I don’t want to order from you guys again.
À fuir ! 2 mois de retard pour une commande au final incomplète. Dans ce laps de temps, aucune communication de leur par. Tentative de contact par WhatsApp restée sans aucune réponse.
Une paire de TN commandée pour mon fils, pour apprendre 3 jours plus tard que le produit n'est plus en stock et que je vais être remboursé. Ok, on retente avec un autre coloris et devinez quoi, 3 jours plus tard idem, la paire n'est plus en stock et remboursement!! Arrêtez de vendre des chaussures, changez de métier, moi je vais C...rir ou chez JD.

He mirado de nuevo el producto a los 5 minutos de hacer el pedido y ya no estaba la oferta. Me han engañado con el tamaño para deshacerse del unico para que les quedaba del número 36!!!!. Absolutely Disgusting Experience with Foot Locker – Avoid! Ordered two pairs of trainers from Foot Locker as an early birthday present to myself. Only one arrived. It’s been nearly two weeks and I’m still waiting on the second pair. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, only to be passed around with no real help. Now I’m being told I have to wait another 5–10 working days for an investigation to determine if I even qualify for a refund — because they claim the package is lost. To make matters worse, the trainers I ordered were on sale, and I’ve been told they won’t replace them unless I pay full price now. No accountability. No solution. Just rude, unhelpful service. I’ve never had an issue with Foot Locker before, but after this, I’m done. I won’t be shopping with them again. The way they treat paying customers is unacceptable. Do better.
Absolutely disgusting. Ordered two pairs of trainers for an early birthday present to myself. Only received one. Been waiting for nearly two weeks for the second pair. Contacted customer service multiple times. Kept going back and forth with them to be told I have to wait another 5-10 working days for the outcome of my investigation which will determine whether I’m even eligible for a REFUND! as they’re claiming the package to be lost. I bought that pair on sale and have been told they cannot replace my item and will have to pay a full price. The people are RUDE! And it’s disgusting how a customer gets treated when they’re just trying to find out what’s going on with the products they have paid for! I’m beyond disgusted and ashamed of this company as I’ve never had an issue with them prior. I will not be reordering from them and I hope they either improve or shut down. Absolutely vile!
Unfreundliches und unerfahrene Personal in Hildesheim.
Vol de deux paires de baskets lors d'un retour. Aucune preuve apportée et aucune compréhension du service client. Le service client m'indique que l'entrepôt a reçu une pierre dans le colis et que la décision de ne pas me rembourser ne peut être révoquée malgré les preuves que j'apporte. Lorsque je téléphone au service client leur seule réponse est : "C'est comme ça." A fuir!
Pues vengo a escribir la reseña porque después de haber leído todas las malas que tienen aquí, se merecen también que la gente lea alguna buena. Me arriesgué a pesar de las malas reseñas porque el precio era muy atractivo, y decidí comprarlas con un método de pago que asegura compras, así que dije, por qué no probar. En una semana tenía el pedido de los dos pares de zapatillas a precio irrisorio, todo genial, la verdad. No quiere decir que a ti te pase lo mismo, eso está claro, pero al menos fue mi caso.

Trap er niet! Levertijd zoals aangegeven klopt niet. Sterker; ze laten je betalen voor een express levering (1-2 dagen) maar de levering wordt uitgesteld. Geen communicatie, pas bij navraag krijg je te horen dat ze niet leveren. Kort en goed; onbetrouwbaar.

Livraison reprogrammée plusieurs fois pour au finale me dire qui est sûrement perdu ou volé. Seulement c'est une procédure qui est longue avant d'être remboursé alors que c'est de leur faute. Acheter en boutique mais jamais sur leur site tant qu'ils continuent à proposer UPS comme livreur. Jamais eu ce genre de problème avec COURRIR ou AMAZON

Jetzt wollte ich mir neue kaufen und fuhr wieder zu Foot Locker. Ich beschrieb die ganze Situation dem freundlichen Verkäufer. Dieser fragte mich ob ich ein neues Paar haben möchte. Ich hatte jedoch keinen Kassenzettel dabei. Da ich aber mit Karte gezahlt habe, machte der nette Verkäufer sich gleich an die Arbeit und suchte , in seinem System nach dem Bon. Das Ende vom ganzen, ich habe jetzt ein neues Paar bekommen. Ich kann diesen Laden echt nur empfehlen, Service wird da groß geschrieben.
