I have set up a redundant system. I have a solar powered well pump feeding a 1000 gallon storage tank. I installed a sediment filter between the well and storage tank. I have a solar powered pressure pump from the tank to the house. I installed a 3 stage system between the tank and that pump. As the water comes into the house, I have another 3 stage system before the water hits the Viega PEX manifold. Then, I have an RO system feeding a little faucet to the kitchen sink and the refrigerator. It feeds both the cold water and ice maker. I feel very secure about our water.

Needed a positioning ring for my whole house filter. It is a plastic piece which can be damaged easily. They do not sell it as a spare part. I wrote customer service to get a couple of them. They send me one for free but arrived damaged. I wrote them again and they insisted me that I can use it damaged. I should have to insist that wanted to buy at least two of them and ask how can I do it. At this time it was hard for me to believe that I could not be able to buy a spare part. They send me another (just one more) I paid for the shipment but also arrived damaged.
Last year I initiated auto delivery for replacement filters for whole house system. I received email letting me know when delivery would initiate and received filters within a week. My water no longer smells like chlorine and there are no particulates. We use water from the tap for our tea and coffee.
Love my water home filtration. Makes water taste better. Thanks for being fast.
I ordered a replacement for my uv ballast, and I was shipped a glass tube twice. O.o Yeah, it's 3 tubes now and no ballast yet. Will update when the 4th package arrives. At this point, shipping the thing I paid for after 3 failed attempts will remain a 1 star and no further business from me. Edit 7/20/2024: So Alana from support called me to get things fixed. She explained they were bought out by a larger company and the troubles that come with that. She got my ballast shipped for real this time. *laugh* As a way of making amends she sent me a set of filters. My daughter made me laugh. She said "You should have asked for the fridge instead!" But I didn't ask for anything, it was offered. In the end, I am happy that support got things fixed. However, the experience and the company being run by a larger corp now sit poorly with me. If they keep employees like Alana and make sure the customer gets help as needed, they are not on a blacklist for me at least.
I purchased the ultimate package. This package includes a KDF filter. They sent me a SED filter instead of the KDF filter that was ordered. They have made it a massive hassle to correct their mistake. I have responded to their emails and sent them he pictures as asked and they keep wanting more detailed pictures and postponing their correction. I have now been without the proper filter for weeks after they made the mistaken delivery. I regret buying these filters to support my family with clean water. Terrible service from Express water. We are weeks into having inadequate water filtration due to Express waters mistake.

Been using this product past 8+ years , however this time I measured the water output hardness and its 44+ ppm , average should be 34 and below , hance look like these filters are not good enough , may be some batch issues.

Customer service team is not getting back to me. I am trying to contact but no response. No one picking up phone calls. I wanted to return the product since it’s not fit in system but no one is getting back to me.
Bought in February and saw a small change in the water quality. After two months it was essentially back to the original quality of water (before the filter). Scale buildup on faucets/shower heads and a noticeable amount of particulates in our water glasses. I did comment before and the company asked for me to reach out for assistance... no response to my email where I detailed the issue. Look for a different filter system.
