Express water has always been great since I purchased their water system 4 years ago for my van build out. Have had a couple of learning experiences with not flushing my system out well enough for winterization. Both times I’ve called in for help and purchasing replacements they’ve come through in a better than expected time frame. Definitely recommend there product and customer service is top notch.

Horrible customer service. Cancelled my order and no one will reach out to me so I can get a refund and reorder. Haven’t received the product but absolutely zero stars because of their customer service on orders. To your reply: I did finally receive the product and it so far it is easy to install and seems to be working as expected. The 1 star is based on your customer service entirely. Your improvement needs to be answering the phone and fixing the automated support email

The filtration system works wonderfully and the filters are always delivered in a timely fashion.

This was my first time for a filter change on our whole-house filter system. The replacement filters were delivered in good time and in great shape. I followed the instructions that came with the original filter system for replacing the spent filters and it went very well. Just be careful to use silicone on the O-rings before reinstalling the canisters.

I was quoted a filter for my house by a plumber and I was shocked and quite frankly offended. They did not offer any other solutions that were more affordable. I got on your site and looked for what my problems were and found a filter kit for under $200. I invested in the tools needed to install it myself and for less than $400 i have clean water for the first time in 10 years.

I have emailed them 4 times - no response - I have called 8xs when you call them during business hours after about 5 min on hold it disconnects you. They reply on here "there very sorry for your unhappiness" but all they do is tell you to email or call them. I CANT TALK TO ANYONE!!!! There is no way to TALK to someone. Now there going to tell me send them an email or call again. So they can still not respond VERY BAD SUPPORT

When I ordered replacement filters for my whole house water filtration system, your website automatically signed me up for a scheduled cartridge replacement orders. Fortunately I caught it soon enough to cancel the subscription. I perfer to order the filters only when I think they need replacing.

When fedex delivered the first part it was crushed. So I called customer service at express water and they sent me a replacement right out. New one come in with no issues

My filters were delivered on my driveway from the picture I was sent by FedEx but when I got home 2 hours later the was gone. This should have been delivered to my front door and placed on the wall across from my front door and out of site. Edward Paul

Be careful, I have been waiting 3 weeks just to get a question answered. Numerous telephone calls and emails with no response. Every time I call, I get the same answer,"go to our web site and write a question", NOTHING!!
