This is our second RO system from Express Water. The first one, which we are still using in the house, is the ALK/UV with six filters to change. The Model 6 Tankless PH RO, that we recently bought for our retirement condo, was simple to install and will be easier to change out the two filters later on. The water tastes great and smells better after it takes out the chlorine.

The 5 star rating is for the company. They're great! I guess I probably need to learn how to order my filters online, but I've actually enjoyed my conversations with their customer service people. This time I honestly could barely understand the gentleman who took my order and I wasn't confident that it was right. Good news is that it was correct.

Maybe I was too harsh. I had to buy a new unit. Mine was too old and leaking. I took the wrong chance and tried to fix it, but Express's parts weren't compatible with my unit. Anyway, the new unit works great.
Really good customer service, I called asking about the new tankless RO system and where to run the drain line. The person I spoke to said they’d call me back after they go answers from their engineers and sure enough I got a call back in about 30 minutes. I ended up buying the tankless RO system to replace my old tank system under my kitchen sink and I’m glad I did. Easy install and my drinking water tastes great!

I just received my whole home ro system. It came at 9:00 pm on a Friday night. The box has fragile all over it. The box is ripped and dented. It has been heavily taped back together. I sent a message on the contact us site and sent them an email with pictures. I am awaiting a response. I have received a response from Express Water. I sent them pictures of the damaged box they had me open the box and will send me another unit. I will change my experience if my new unit come in intact. I changed my 1 to a 5. The customer service to replace my system was excellent. New system happy camper
