1. You sent me a filter set without me ordering them. 2. You customer "NO SERVICE" is no help at all. Except to waste my time. Recordings that don't help, then getting disconnected while waiting for a real person. 3. E-mail communication with a rep was okay. You would not prove I signed up for replacement service. I did find out that there are other venders who sell the same size filters. So I don't need to buy from your company. And they are at a more reasonable price than your filters. So I am done with your company. Good bye.
Quick fast service the tank did arrive with a slight dent in it but it does not affect the operation of the tank. And they did say that that is a possibility in shipping not to worry it is under warranty. We definitely work with the company on other things and again in the future. I did wish they had the 3/8 valve in stock but they no longer carry it other than that good to go they used to carry both a quarter and 3/8 that stopped carrying the 3/8 but you can get that on Amazon for a couple of bucks.

It would’ve been a one star had it not been for your customer service representative Ivette who after several phone calls, was able to take care of my issue and after 20 days, I received my 1/8 male connecting fitting. Customer service was very poor.

Pros: I appreciated the quick follow up and solution. Cons: Wasn't happy a brass fitting snapped just after warranty for no apparent reason. Also, that unknown to me the charges went thru on a different card thru an online payment bot that used stored payment info.
