Product seems OK until you need parts
Product seems OK until you need parts. We had a bad solenoid right out of the box. They shipped the wrong one and couldn't get it right. We ended up getting one from a supplier we use. Then when we needed a part that we had to get from them, it's out of stock and they don't know when they will get it. You are selling commercial RO systems. Get your act together and start stocking parts.
