I just received water tank replacement RO-132. It comes with valve which you install on the tank. The side where you put tubing has insert that should be locked. No locking clip included. It leaks without that locking clip. They couldn't provide one tiny clip. To fix that problem you can purchase pack of 10 for $ 14.99

I called help desk to replace my facuet since the model is different with installation manual. Service people quick resolve this issue to send me a right one. I used this to remove sodium from softened water and installed it in below my kitchen sink to save space in my cabinet. Excellent solution for drinking water!

I received my order which should have been Sed, ACB and GAC filters however I received Sed,ACB and KDF filter set. When I called / Emailed about the issue it took a few several requests for pictures to get a solution. In the future if pictures of the outside and the inside are required it should be stated in the first request so there is less frustration on the customers part
