The customer support went above and beyond helping me! I accidentally threw away some parts for my RO…I called for help and was able to get what I needed very quickly!

Express Water is more than I expected. Not only is the water tasteless and odorless it is dissolving the scale that is already in my home. I know this because the dog water bowl no longer has scale on the sides. My hair and skin are no longer dried out but soft and smooth.

Confusion over internation shipping costs.

Needed a reverse osmosis faucet that matched my copper faucet and sink. Express water was the only online dealer that had what I needed. The faucet is quality and beautiful. Their customer service shipped the unit to me quickly for my scheduled install as promised.

I have used and enjoyed my Express Water RO System for years. Recently, it sprung a leak, and I needed new O-rings immediately. I ordered them online from Express Water and paid $36 extra for overnight shipping. I received the O-rings three days later, after I had already had to pay a plumber $245 to replace the O-rings. When I requested a refund because I did not receive the O-rings overnight, the company hedged and said that it couldn't guarantee overnight shipping over the weekend. As there was no notice of that possibility in their online ordering information, I felt that I deserved a refund. I requested that refund twice but never received it. I will not be using Express Water systems again. A good product doesn't justify unethical service.

It seems the 20" whole house filter housings only last about 5 years. I know the clear polycarbonate ones crack really easy so I changed all mine to the blue ones. I have now had the blue ones crack. My pressure is at 62 and never goes over 68 and they are not in the sun. I believe part if the cause is the weight of the wet filter inside the housing. These are really heavy when wet. So the bottom of the housing is bearing all that weight. I will say Express Water did get me new ones fairly quick. Keep spares on hand. Just makes a mess when they crack.

Great price and arrived in a few days. A great reminder to change the filters when set on an annual auto ship.

I love the filter system, but I postponed my order until October, but it was sent in August. I don’t like the fact that I can’t change the schedule until you tell me I have a shipment coming in 2 days. If there was some other place to order these filters I would do it.

Website is relatively easy to navigate, prices are reasonable and shipping is quick! As for the filters themselves, we love the taste and quality of our express water reverse osmosis system, however with how nasty our local water source is we have to change the 6 month filters every 3 months and the 12 month filters last the full duration, this is a water source issue though NOT a filter quality issue, we're pleased with our system!

I’ve had R/O systems by several other vendors over the years. They all worked but the Express Water filter replacement system is vastly more user friendly than their competitors. The filters are also considerably less expensive than the alternatives. I’ll be staying with Express Water.

To be short, the products are defective , the system will cut your pressure in half and the filters do not last 2-4 weeks. Then the company will just try to give you new faulty filters instead of a refund. Dont do it, just dont. Please, I implore you to read all the negative reviews because they are absolutely spot on. BUYER BEWARE!

The filters are still the wrong size.... I have a 600GPD commercial RO system. The diameter of the filter is larger than what you are sending me.
