Confusing Process and Disappointing Customer Service
I felt misled after purchasing the ticket. Suddenly, the ticket wasn’t released, and the site mentioned it would only be available shortly before the event—which is still three weeks away. The website itself was quite confusing. I tried to cancel just a few minutes after making the purchase, but customer service refused, citing their policy. Overall, the experience didn’t meet my expectations. Ideally, once a ticket is purchased and the payment is processed, the ticket should be made available right away.
