Kia Bolton absolute rubbish

Kia Bolton absolute rubbish. Went in in March 2024 to buy a car but the system was down so promised a call back, and 16 months later it still never happened so I bought it somewhere else, now trying to BUY a service plan and promised a call from the service team, 7 days later still no call. Speak to Kia customer service and they send you to the dealer who never call back. If this is the service they offer when I am trying to buy something imagine how bad it would be if I had an issue. I have had 4 Kia's now and this will be my last one

DM Kieth Kia Leeds. Absolute pleasure from ordering to picking up my new car. Tony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and explained fully how the Motability Scheme works and how it would help me to purchase my new car. He was instrumental in me choosing this route , as it had always worried me in the past. Tony kept me informed regularly regarding when the car would arrive and when the adaptation work would be carried out. The whole experience has been stress free and very straightforward . I love the new Kia Sportage and would highly recommend the Leeds Kia dealership to anyone who wants an excellent buying experience.

I would have given them a 5 star review except for the fact that one person at the desk let them down . I had a front camera replaced and when the work was don , the bumper was not put on straight . Had words with a certain individual that worked on the desk . After trying to sort out the mess , I finally had a call from the service manager Bobbie ! He sorted it out with flying colours,excellent service ,polite to the point and extremely professional. Hopefully the of his staff will take note of how it should be done . Well done Bobbie. And thank you !

Don't bother

Today Monday 7th I walked into kia bristol to look at the price of a brand new picanto .I wandered around the showroom giving the salesmen plenty of time to acknowledge me AND NOTHING. I WONT BE BUYING A NEW CAR AT THIS DEALER.( shocking service) GO ELSEWHERE.

Useless to me

Useless to me, my car got damaged (something with the clutch and near side front wheel), I contacted the service department via phone call to arrange repairs, I was informed they don't have equipment for tracking the wheels and considering the clutch is an issue I asked if they could pick the car up to find they don't have the vehicle for the task either, I was asked to drive the car in (8 miles) since it was considered "not that far", the service team wouldn't be able to look at my car for at least two weeks, I enquired about a replacement vehicle to which I got bamboozled about insurance and cleaning the vehicle, the person I spoke to babble and didn't give clear cut answers, once I have my car repaired by a different garage I'm getting rid of my Kia, I don't like the car or the service.

I bought a 2017 toyota purchased the extended warranty for 1000 dollars gap insurance for 300 dollars.a deer ran out in front of me at 65 mph totaled car 4 months after buying it.classictrak gap insurance is terrible.they gave me 808 dollars back.they sent the check to kia toledo ohio.they took out 90 dollars for cancelation fee.so fifty bucks a month.plus a 90 dollar fee.then they got there fingers on the other refund im getting.these people are plan and simple crooks.why wouldnt they send the check to capital one.they own the car.BECAUSE THEY WANNA STICK IT TO YA.NOT BAD ENOUGH I WRECKED THE CAR.AND WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR TWO CLIPS WHERE BUSTED ON BUMBER.DIDNT THINK MUCH OF IT.SALESMAN TOLD ME THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT.THEY DIDNT.SO WHEN INSURANCE COMPANY WENT TO LOOK AT CAR THEY CHARGED ME 270 DOLLARS FOR THAT.DONT BUY NEW OR USED FROM KIA.THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU EVERY CHANCE THEY GET.I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW THE EXPERIENCE IVE GOTTON FROM THIS PLACE.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.YOU WANNA GOOD EXPERIENCE GO TO VICTORY HONDA MONROE MICHIGAN.

Buying a 1st car for granddaughter

Called into the Newbury dealership on Saturday 21/3/20, to look at a car for my granddaughter, who it about to turn 18. We were looking for a small car with low mileage and value for money. I spoke to a superb man name Mike who helped me with my challenge, explained the benefits of a car with a long warranty on it and low mileage to boost at a price I could afford, agreed to call back and view with my daughter, sadly that afternoon yet again the Test Centre cancelled the 3rd time in as many weeks, We will be back to Kia and talk to Mike when we have a firm date of a test, just wanted to say how easy Mike made it seem for me to understand what I wanted in a car that was safe, reliable, and cost effective for my granddaughter Many thanks for your help Mike Trish Mrs Restall

AWFUL KIA RAINHAM (KENT) STAFF

Shocking customer service, lies and covers ups. I've booked wing mirror to be replaced,after the job was finished I been told by the staff member that my boot is not opening. I didn't have any issue with it for over past two years ( since I have the car).And then best of all they tried put blame on the repair that has been done to the car almost 3 years ago. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional not to say silly. So after the all BS they said that they are not able to sort this problem out. I did left the shop ungry and disappointed only to find out that there was no problem with the boot. I assume that by working in Kia for living you should know to open the boot you have to press and hold the button on the key. One more STOP taking my review off of the Google

Awful treatment from Kia Leeds.

Awful treatment from Kia Leeds. New Sorrento with a faulty (RAC agreed) driver’s door lock that means car cannot be locked. Driving it triggers alarms while driving, but cannot be left ‘unlocked’! A warranty issue and unsafe. Kia Leeds could not have been more unhelpful, even if they’d had ‘bad manners training’? He was unsympathetic. He was completely unhelpful, even suggesting we find another Kia garage, but refused to pass on any details...”look it up on google”! was his best offer. Kia pride themselves on customer service, but today’s support was abysmal. As a result, this is the first of a number of bad reviews I will pass on to Which, the Consumer Association, What Car and Autotrader.

Kia Sorento problem

Salut , si eu am cumparat Un kia Sorento in 2018 de la Mit Motors int din Bucuresti Romania ,dupa primii km a inceput samiroase a ambreiaj ars .Am sunat la ei si au zis ca miroase ca e noua . Am mers la prima revizie dupa un an la 8000 km si am reclamt ca ambreiajul patineaza dar nu au facut nimic . Am mai mers un an si in febr.2019 la 16000 de km au schimbat ambreiajul .Acum la 16000 am observat ca discurile de frana de pe fata bat la franare la o viteza mai mare de 90km/h .Am sunat la reprezentanta si au spus ca nu fac obiectul garantiei si trebuie sa le schimb pe banii mei . Ma intreb ce garantie este aceasta de 7 ani ?. Este cea mai scumpa masina produsa de Kia si cu cele mai multe probleme . Cumparati orice brand dar KIA nu !

Top notch service at TMS KIA HINCKLEY!

I would like to say that TMS Kia in Hinckley Leicestershire are an amazing team. They look after their customers, the cars and always do everything in a non-pushy, friendly yet professional way! They go above and beyond other Kia dealerships I have been to. I have had 2 Picanto’s and if ever I upgrade my car again it will be with that dealer.

Unfortunately i have had an extremely bad experience with Kia cars. I've bought 2 new Kia cars recently (64 and 67 plates) and have had nothing but trouble. The car I have at present (Picanto) had it's 30,000 mile service last week only to find out that the tyre pressure settings had been set either by the main dealers technicians or at manufacture by Kia at a dangerously low level meaning no warning signal in the inbuilt computer alighted to tell me it was being driven under inflated. The upshot of this is that both front tyres are at a dangerous level and both Kia and the main dealers, JCB Ebbsfleet, will not take responsibility for their error. I completed a complaints form with both Kia and the main dealer at JCB Ebbsfleet and after 8 days I was still not contacted in any way. I followed up today and was told it's not their problem and they have no interest in it. They have left me with a car which is a potential death trap and have no interest in putting their errors right. BEWARE !!!! They sell you are car but after that your on your own, after sales care is non existent, their complaints procedure is an absolute joke. Needless to say I will never buy another Kia and certainly not through JCB Ebbsfleet Kia dealership who have really been shown up to be very poor and extremely unprofessional
