I bought a 2017 toyota purchased the extended warranty for 1000 dollars gap insurance for 300 dollars.a deer ran out in front of me at 65 mph totaled car 4 months after buying it.classictrak gap insurance is terrible.they gave me 808 dollars back.they sent the check to kia toledo ohio.they took out 90 dollars for cancelation fee.so fifty bucks a month.plus a 90 dollar fee.then they got there fingers on the other refund im getting.these people are plan and simple crooks.why wouldnt they send the check to capital one.they own the car.BECAUSE THEY WANNA STICK IT TO YA.NOT BAD ENOUGH I WRECKED THE CAR.AND WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR TWO CLIPS WHERE BUSTED ON BUMBER.DIDNT THINK MUCH OF IT.SALESMAN TOLD ME THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT.THEY DIDNT.SO WHEN INSURANCE COMPANY WENT TO LOOK AT CAR THEY CHARGED ME 270 DOLLARS FOR THAT.DONT BUY NEW OR USED FROM KIA.THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU EVERY CHANCE THEY GET.I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW THE EXPERIENCE IVE GOTTON FROM THIS PLACE.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.YOU WANNA GOOD EXPERIENCE GO TO VICTORY HONDA MONROE MICHIGAN.
