AWFUL KIA RAINHAM (KENT) STAFF
Shocking customer service, lies and covers ups. I've booked wing mirror to be replaced,after the job was finished I been told by the staff member that my boot is not opening. I didn't have any issue with it for over past two years ( since I have the car).And then best of all they tried put blame on the repair that has been done to the car almost 3 years ago. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional not to say silly. So after the all BS they said that they are not able to sort this problem out. I did left the shop ungry and disappointed only to find out that there was no problem with the boot. I assume that by working in Kia for living you should know to open the boot you have to press and hold the button on the key.
