Kia Bolton absolute rubbish. Went in in March 2024 to buy a car but the system was down so promised a call back, and 16 months later it still never happened so I bought it somewhere else, now trying to BUY a service plan and promised a call from the service team, 7 days later still no call. Speak to Kia customer service and they send you to the dealer who never call back. If this is the service they offer when I am trying to buy something imagine how bad it would be if I had an issue. I have had 4 Kia's now and this will be my last one

DM Kieth Kia Leeds. Absolute pleasure from ordering to picking up my new car. Tony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and explained fully how the Motability Scheme works and how it would help me to purchase my new car. He was instrumental in me choosing this route , as it had always worried me in the past. Tony kept me informed regularly regarding when the car would arrive and when the adaptation work would be carried out. The whole experience has been stress free and very straightforward . I love the new Kia Sportage and would highly recommend the Leeds Kia dealership to anyone who wants an excellent buying experience.

I would have given them a 5 star review except for the fact that one person at the desk let them down . I had a front camera replaced and when the work was don , the bumper was not put on straight . Had words with a certain individual that worked on the desk . After trying to sort out the mess , I finally had a call from the service manager Bobbie ! He sorted it out with flying colours,excellent service ,polite to the point and extremely professional. Hopefully the of his staff will take note of how it should be done . Well done Bobbie. And thank you !

Don't bother

Today Monday 7th I walked into kia bristol to look at the price of a brand new picanto .I wandered around the showroom giving the salesmen plenty of time to acknowledge me AND NOTHING. I WONT BE BUYING A NEW CAR AT THIS DEALER.( shocking service) GO ELSEWHERE.

Kia customer services are terrible

Kia customer services are terrible. I bought a Kia e niro and I was convinced to buy supergard finish for £350.00. They didn’t only do the supergard finish they didn’t even remove all the plastic from the interior. Booked an online service for £178.00 in the morning and got a call in the evening to rebook weeks later. When I took the car for service they said it was £250.00. I spoke to their head office and apparently they are licensed to do what ever they want. When I get my next car I have two words for Kia F—K OFF.

I wish to report my full satisfaction…

I wish to report my full satisfaction with the three Kia dealerships I have used over the past 10 years without a single hiccup. I refer to Marshalls in North Lincolnshire, Gravell's in West Wales & Edwards in Worcestershire. I bought cars from Kia dealerships and from Motorpoint once, and had four different Kia cars over the years. Has first class service from all. Not one reason to complain. When my Kia broke down in the west country a few years back, the AA took us to KIA in Weston Super-mare. The car was repaired under warranty and again it was an courteous & impressive service. We have just purchased our fourth Kia in fifteen years from Edwards in Worcs, and are confident we would continue to enjoy a great service from our local Kia dealership.

First class aftercsales service

I had wear on my front door seals and requested through my dealer Premier Kia of Dukinfield replacements under-the terms of the warranty.My vehicle is a 2018 Sportage GT line.The dealer made a request on my behalf and Kia agreed as a gesture of good will. The parts were ordered and my car booked in for the following week. Everything went smoothly and the car was ready for collection in an hour. I cannot praise this company highly enough.They are well organised, friendly and polite.

Very Disappointed in Customer Service Help

I very much doubt that I will ever purchase another Kia ever again after finding Customer Service unhelpful, all I wanted to know was how do you remove a Alternator from the engine bay of a 2012 Kia Soul diesel with air-conditioning as there appears to be insufficient room to remove it from the top or the bottom. The Service reply from the Kia Garage that it was purchased from just told me that for safety reasons we are not allowed to give advice. How unhelpful is this as I only needed a bit of simple advice. I'm a Electrician by trade and always happy to give help and give helpful advice even if not my Customer. Ps I had previously been a Mechanic and never encountered a problem replacing a alternator over 30years+ of easy replacement of such a part.

Brought a nearly year old xceed in oct

Brought a Kia xceed in October already not happy with it. This is due to the safety features included, doesn’t matter if you disable them soon as you take your key out the Ignition it reset. These two features are really not safe to even use as one send an alert up and causing unnecessary panic from an almost rear ended caused by the indication alarm I’m sure many Kia driver are away with the forward alert collision when there is nothing in front of your car and common cause caused by condensation or muck from mud, rain or snow sticking to the radar / cam it’s even in the manual. Other is the lane assistant having to fight a car steering wheel when over taking on a dual carriage way is a nightmare. I gave three stars as I have driven many Kia cars over the years but this has goto to be the worse and can see it causing an accident. These features should be disabled if you want them on then put buttons in to turn on. Not set it by default on all the time. Never had this problem is my old 2017 sporage.

Had my kia sportage a few months doors been catching from new and no fix,coming home today speedo went haywire said I was doing 90 round a bend plus rest of display went all wrong need my money back its total rubbish never again

Appalling customer service

Had some work done on my Kia May 2022. 2 months later need the same work as it wasn’t done properly. Terrible customer service on second visit. Since then I have written to CEO to complain. Customer services have tried to get reply from Kia Gloucester who are completely ignoring me, their Area manager and Kia’s own customer service dept. Appalling! It’s now 4 months with no response. I’m sure their service is great when they are selling you a car, but from my experience, after sales service is non existent. Complaint is still ongoing…….
