Kia customer services are terrible
Kia customer services are terrible. I bought a Kia e niro and I was convinced to buy supergard finish for £350.00. They didn’t only do the supergard finish they didn’t even remove all the plastic from the interior. Booked an online service for £178.00 in the morning and got a call in the evening to rebook weeks later. When I took the car for service they said it was £250.00. I spoke to their head office and apparently they are licensed to do what ever they want. When I get my next car I have two words for Kia F—K OFF.
